Have been use this for a while on my third jar. I use it each night just before bed and no cramps in my feet or legs. If I wake during the night and feel a bit of tingle in my legs I slip a small pillow under my knees and alls well till morning.

Works great on my restless legs and leg pain.

I have used this on my feet with socks before I go to bed at night. It has worked well and I have slept through the night.

Love this. Finally able to sleep with no pain. Will definitely buy agsin

I can't rate it yet because I just started the cream and I am sure it takes a minute to work.

The purchasing, packaging and shipping was as described.I’ve been using magnesium creams for years for muscle tightness, aching feet etc. My regular fav cream, Mo Maggie, has been very hard to get on Amazon. Going by reviews, this cream had quite a few good reviews, I thought I’d give it a try. It might be a nice moisturizer, at best, but there is zero pain relief. ZERO!Most mag creams also have at least a slight peppery tingle.- it’s just the nature of it- but this had none. Even the creams that advertise “no tingle” still have some kind of tingle. Creams that mix in lidocaine, also still have a tingle.Magnesium creams typically yield a very quick relaxation of a muscle knot/stiffness. Literally, 20 seconds and your muscle knot will relax. Sadly, this didn’t do a darn thing.Consistency is lumpy- slightly gritty. Takes forever to absorb. It just sits on your skin.For me it was a total bust and waste of $. 😑Sigh….. and of course, no return policy. Double sigh…..If you can wait a week for shipping, look up Mo Maggie. It truly is the best.Lesson learned.
