They are probably a little too small for me technically but that's how I like them to fit personally. Great product all around.

I debated between leaving a 4 or 5 star review. I chose to leave 5 after considering the cost of these. You do get what you pay for, and compared to other guards I had tried, these are right on par with there they should be for the price. These are a unique design and no one else at my gym has them.Pros:1) I like that they have a beefy pad in front and not much to the sides. This makes sure that I better check my opponents kicks correctly or I will feel it. This might not be a plus for some, but it is for me.2) The strap system is excellent compared to some others. As these run through a slot on the opposing side it really lets you pull the strap before attaching the Velcro, giving a nice tight fit. This was a feature I was specifically looking for.3) They are light weight and easy to pack around. This is a benefit at the gym as well as heading to and from.4) The three straps at the bottom help hold the gel foot pad in place very well.5) The bag they come in can be used for washing hand wraps - so don't buy that bag if you are buying these.6) You will still condition your shins.Cons:1) Another reviewer mentioned littering little orange dots all over the gym floor. This did not happen the first couple times and I thought some improvement had been made. Nope. Be prepared to pick up little orange dots for the foreseeable future. Everyone will know they came from you.Overall, I am happy with these. Once I wear off some more of the grip dots I'll feel better about wearing these.

I loved the product except the wide elastic piece that wraps under the ball of the foot.I wish the company would take away only the orange rubber dots. The rubber dots are cool looking but they create strong traction that prevents the foot to private smoothly. It also cause the Shinguards to rotate around. Otherwise, the product is very well.

Have used these for a week of Muay Thai training and they fit and feel great and give em great protection when checking kicks and don't slip. Worth every penny.

When I received these in the mail, my first thought was these are great quality. However after using them for a couple of sparring sessions, I wish I could return them. First, the foot straps were constantly pushing my little toe out and getting caught on it. I felt like I was going to break my little toe due to the way the straps ran across the foot. Second, the padding doesn't completely protect the shin on the sides. If you aren't checking the kicks just right you can get a nasty sting on your shin. It really hurts. I want a shin guard that fully protects my legs. Third, the little orange dots are quickly coming off and creating a mess. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase. I only used them a few times but pass the time to return them. I ended up biting the bullet and purchasing a better pair of shin guards. I learned my lesson. Learn from my mistake.

I have had these shin guards for about 6 months with approximately 2-3 sparring sessions per week. They have held up great and to this day have had 0 tears. Another reviewer said the orange grip spots on the bottom completely came off but I have had no problem with that. I took one star off for the thinness of the material over the padded area. It looks a little cheap and I can see wrinkles in the material. But it takes impact without any issues.As far as protection:These are good shin guards if you want a little more protection than a pair of slip-on insteps but still want to get some conditioning. They padded area is focused solely down the shin and does not have any wrap around coverage like traditional brands ie fairtex, top king.Fit:I own a pair of smalls. I'm a 5'1, 125lb female. When I first put these on I was worried that they would impede my knee movement because the top strap laid just inside the back of my knee. However, I don't notice it at all when sparring. I have normal range of motion and can teep and do other kicks just fine.All in I would definitely buy these again. I have other meister products and they have always held up 100%.

I really love these. The only problem is that my calves are apparently too short so when I go to block a kick or bend at the knees they dig into the back of my upper leg. It doesn’t hurt right away but I’m always tender after or the next day in that area. I’ve gotten bruises. But that’s definitely a me problem, haha. Other than that I love them! Great product.

I have always wanted a pair. they are beautiful to look at and not these other brands with huge, cumbersome shin guards that make your shots so easy to see. the quality is very high and im glad i got the last pair when i ordered because they were hard to find during the pandemic. great pair.

Just got a pair of these and tried them for the first time last night in my Krav Maga class. They're perfect! Light, stay in place and the sizing was perfect (I'm a 5'7" woman and the small fits perfectly). Nicely molded for ease of use when sparring and much better than some of the clunkier/heavier versions out there. Light, great protection and they look pretty cool as well

I was initially salty i got these with a knick on the instep but it hasnt torn anymore. And these are really easy to carry in your bag and do an awesome job staying put and providing protection

Does a good job.Expensive compared to less expensive models that do exactly the same job.To be fair, they do the same job as way more expensive models too.
