Amazingly good
One stupid moment of forgetfulness put a bright white ring of heat damage on a little art deco table. Searching for fixes, I got this product suggested.Within three minutes of me rubbing this over the mark vigorously, the white ring had utterly disappeared. I am gobsmacked that something works as advertised! Which is a sad indictment of how ww have come to accept hype and over-promising, I guess. But this is no hype and it delivers on its promises.I don't know that it will work the same on various other wood surfaces and finishes, but this has completely salvaged a damaged walnut-ish veneer-y thing and I therefore feel compelled to recommend it!!!!!

Good gracious - it works!
I upset an annoyingly expensive bottle of whisky over a veneered table; although I licked it up as quickly as possible, it left really spectacular white marks over an extensive area, with a couple of patches of really concentrated white. I found an ancient tin of wood restorer in a cupboard; probably good because it contains some now-banned solvent that usefully stripped off the wax, but after three 20-minute buffing sessions I wasn't making progress on the worst areas. So - search Amazon! This little tin turned up very quickly, and I've just completely cleared the marks in a few minutes, following the instructions. I think, unlike restorer, it contains some very very fine abrasive, which is necessary for getting through the stained wood. As it says in the instructions, it's left an area that's more shiny than the otherwise averagely-shiny table, but that doesn't matter and it would be possible to buff with extremely fine wire wool to make the table uniform again. But guess what: I won't bother! Great product - as others have said, it, er, does what it says on the tin. Thank you, other reviewers!

It's a good product but may not work every time
I managed to remove most of the visible heat mark from an item of teak furniture, but it required a good deal of elbow grease, and there is still a slight visible mark remaining.

Very effective product
We had a new table which had two noticeable ring marks. Quoted £325 to deal with the marks which seemed excessive. Bought Liberon and applied it a number of times on the affected area. It cleared the rings marks but the area on the table which was a Matt service previously now has a slight gloss finish. Debating what to do next, emailed Liberon but I return email or phone call!

It really does work
I’d written quite an extensive review before submitting it, but it’s disappeared so I’ll do a basic version, short and sweet. The product does actually work but you’ve to be patient and perhaps improvise a bit.* our white mark was left by a plant pot* mark has been there for a while (unbeknown to me), after I’d seen it I looked for something to remove it with (though really hoping for a miracle as didn’t think it’d move). It took a couple of days for the product to arrive — this gives you an idea of the timescale.* surface appears to be varnished, I’m not entirely sure, it’s Laura Ashley Garrat Chestnut sideboard (their website just says “Treated Birch”).* I used a non-scratch pad (see: photo).* instructions state - go with the grain, but I went any old way because the ring wasn’t budging when I stuck with the instructions.* you really have to rub vigorously, like you are sanding something down.* I kept re-applying the product to the affected area as I worked in the water mark.* the area is shinier and smoother after you’re done. If I wasn’t so lazy I’d do the rest of the sideboard to match but since it doesn’t stand out I’m not going to bother. All in all I’d recommend it, just make sure you don’t give up, and maybe use something a bit more abrasive than a plain cloth. The one I used has scarce silver threads going through that give it that little bit of roughness (didn’t damage anything).I almost gave up because with an ordinary cloth, going with the grain nothing was happening. Maybe if I’d done it for longer with the cloth and with the grain it might have moved, but as soon as I swapped cloth for the pad and changed my technique - results started to appear fairly soon after. In total took me about 25-30 minutes to polish it out.

Very Dubious Product
I bought this product to remove a cup ring mark on a small table I have. The instuctions on how to use are clear to follow. So, after applying the liquid, and despite so serious elbow grease the ring had only diminished very slightly. After a second and third application it reduced a little morethe stain . It was however still clearly visable from different angles. If the stain you are trying to remove is a recent stain it may well work for you. If the stain has been there for some time I would give it a miss.

It works but you have to work!
Had two large cup rings on a mahogany dressing table. I was initially going to sand down the top and then revarnish but thought I would give this product a go first. It does exactly as it says on the tin with one provisor, it takes a lot of elbow grease but the results are worth it.I used a cloth and didn't opt for the wire wool approach that is suggested for tougher marks as I may have well revarnised anyway it took about 30-40 mins to completely remove the stains so don't give up! Keep applying the polishing compound and the stains will eventually dissapear as if by magic! The missus is well happy and has earned me many brownie points!
