Love it used all the time after foot surgery and was a great help.

Very good product, timer function works well and feels comfortable around the shoulders (the neck section seems a bit high & therefore not as comfortable for me).

Excellent- a great purchase, very comfortable with easy controls for the heat & timing.

Like the timer included, if I could improve the product the power cable would be longer. Works perfectly

I love this and use it in bed in the morning when my neck and shoulder pain is at its worst. It is so soothing and helps to ease the stiffness. I was worried about the heat setting as one review said it wasn’t that hot. I didn’t find that at all. I start at 6 and then go down to 1 which is more than enough.Best buy ever !

Sadly stopped working after two months. It is good when it does work but not worth the money, unless mine was faulty of course.
