I suffer from the usual stress and migraines. I use this product to help me relax. It is a nice stream relaxer for my eyes. It is easy to use, just the right temperature. I set a timer to not go over the 30 min they share in instructions. That is what I dislike, I start to nod off and then I have to remove it and I'm awake again.I did recommend this product to my friends.

These are great! Put on, heated up quickly without burning skin (and i have sensitive skin). Added some some calming sounds and 20-30 minutes later my tired eyes felt so much better!!
