Introduction to Human Resource Management: A Guide to HR in Practice Paperback – 22 Sept. 2014

Very academic and helpful book for the ones, who decided to take HR path and change a career.

Book quite clear. During every chapter you will find activities and helpful links.The only disadvantage is it's size, you cannot really carry it around (642 pages).

What I needed for my Level 3 Foundation course, arrived promptly and in A1 condition.

I'm studying a Cipd level 3 qualification and so far this book has been really helpful, would highly recommend to other students.

A present for my son who needs it for his studues.

If you are studying for HR that's a book to have :)

Book arrived brand new and it was cheaper than on the CIPD website even with the student discount

Very detailed text useful as a reference book for entry level HR practitioners and current but not a simple read for students or practitioners.
