Volumizing
I found this shampoo to be volumizing. I like it. The scent is kind of like black licorice, which I don’t like, but it is not overpowering. I just used a nice-smelling conditioner.

It's not that great
This shampoo makes my hair feel super dry and brittle. I tried it a few times and same thing just feels really dry. Their conditioner on the other hand is great
