I can't actually believe this book was ever published. It looks like it was put together in someone's home office/basement as a middle school project; there are too many grammatical/syntax errors to count, which detract from any information provided in this so-called research-based guide; and the about the author page shows no insight into the credibility of the writer. The author obviously paraphrased (and not well) information she gathered from other sources and threw it all together in a disjointed summary of her thoughts on the topic. Truly unhelpful and a waste of money and time. One would be better positioned in finding more extensive information on the Internet.

This book is full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, repetitions. Some parts of it contradict itself. Its printing quality is so bad, the charts are illegible. Terrible self published book. My home printer quality is better. Don’t buy.

It's not even a proper book, I could print off better covers from a normal printer. It's full of bad grammar and missing words. Waste of money!
