I don’t experience no taste before and after so that’s good. It’s easier to swallow for me when I take it with juice. I didn’t experience any difference when taking just one capsule. So I started taking 2capsules and I could feel a HUGE difference. So explains why dosage is 2capsules.I’ve only taken the two dosage for a month and I can sing better, I can go a little higher when I sing in which I couldn’t do since my lungs got damaged. Waste of money

While doing research, I came across a health article that reported that Mullein was helpful in restoring pelvic floor strength that was lost due to menopause causing less estrogen production. I was skeptical (there’s no estrogen in it), but it was certainly cheap enough to give it a try. I take only 1 per day. I have used it for about 3 months now and suddenly last week, I realized that I felt “normal” again for the first time in years. No more “leaks”! Almost unbelievable. Needless to say, I am thrilled. I highly recommend trying it for us aging women.
