Great pan

These pans are great and what I like about them the most is that nothing sticks in the them; therefore, it doesn't matter how high you have the temperature, nothing burns. They are also very easy to wash up. It does work on an induction hob, but I marked it down a star because it takes a while for the whole pan to heat up which may be because the induction place is round whilst the pan is square (I just move everything to the middle of the pan until it's hot enough). I would definitely buy other products in this range.

Absolutely shock quality

Fabulous pan. I love it. For it to do its job well, and for it to last, you really need to look after it, and treat it well. Follow the instructions and it will last! This is my third pan, from this brand. My first came from qvc, second as a gift from the USA, and my third from amazon. The first, I ruined the coating a little by letting it burn...too high heat! But it still is very useable and remains nonstick. I continue to use it happily. (I am a pan snob, refusing to use rubbish pans!). My third, is my favourite. The smooth base is great to make anything. Rules for the pan are 1) nothing metal to be used in it. 2) cool before washing. 3) soft sponge only for cleaning with a mild washing upLiquid.Would love the oven tray....but can’t justify yet.

The price is excessive. The non-stick did not last. The past few months I've only been able to use it as a saucepan, can't fry anything in it without it sticking. What's worse is I've used NO metal utensils or olive oils. The worst thing is they include a steamer piece made of metal! How are you supposed to keep this non-stick without metal utensils when they supply a steamer with metal on the end that touches the pan?

I FOUND THIS ITEM TO BE UP TO EXPECTATIONS, I USE IT FOR MOST BREAKFAST ITEMS. WHEN DOING MUSHROOMS I FIND IT IS BETTER WITH A LITTLE OIL AS THEY ARE TOO DRY OTHERWISE.

Was very pleased, until last night. Cooking simple Chicken Byriani (Olive oil, Chicken, Byriani mix, water and rice).After adding rice, the dish, though extremely tasty but a small potion of the pan was burnt - where some part had stuck but came away with plastic pallet, this 3" X 1/2" did not. Rewashed/scrubbed and not improvement.

very difficult to 'portion' anything because the metal pieces that slot together to create this fall apart and are flimsy so in my opinion it is not worth the money if this is the sort of thing you are buying it for.
