PrimroseAmbienté Fountain Frost Free Additive for Birdbaths Water Feature or Fountains Ponds Antifreeze Solution

Seems to work well and the dosing system means it's easy to use the right amount for a bird bath. Not effective below a certain temperature but then it does clearly state that, so won't prevent freezing bird baths all the time, but does seem to help. Have not noticed the birds using the water any less so they don't seem to mind/notice any taste.

My water feature requires the full bottle. Due to having to top up the feature at frequent intervals this makes it expensive for my needs.

Doesn't work. Added correct amount (40ml) to 8 litres of water for our water feature. -2c overnight and it was frozen solid. Meant to be good for -6c. Waste of money I'm afraid.

Water froze after first use. Will try it again, as difficult to measure how much water my bird bath holds, so could have got the ratio of product/water wrong. At least it won't harm the birds.

Basically it does what it says on the tin!! Used the product last year and had no hesitation in buying it for this winter

Good product, does what it says on the label. Stopped our water features from freezing and was wildlife safe, as we have a plethora of birds and other woodland creatures using our garden. Plus arrived early, a couple of days before day declared on the website.

The product was ineffective in the recent cold weather.
