The media could not be loaded. Updated: Customer support helped me with my concerns. Though it doesn't change the fact that the keyboard has it's faults, I'm glad the support team seems to care about it's customers.The lights do not stay on unless you're actively using the keyboard, I imagine this is a battery conserving feature, but if the keyboard is plugged in charging, it should be on all the time, unsure if I'm missing a feature here but support team did not specify anything relating to this. Keyboard does not last long if you're gaming often, or typing stories or otherwise actively using it. I haven't timed it exactly, but now it's constantly charging for me out of inconvenience. When the keyboard goes into sleep mode, the first key you press wakes it up, and seems to get stuck until you press it again. Imagine spamming "aaaaaa" until you press the a key a second time. A little annoying, but just get in the habit of double tapping keys to wake up the keyboard and you're good because of a slight lag the keyboard has upon awaking, if you double tap the a key nothing may type at all vs spamming the button if you only tap once. The habit formed very quickly.The gateron yellow switches have an audible spring noise when you press a key, I replaced the gateron yellow switches with gateron green to get rid of the spring noise, and I prefer the feel of green switches more to yellow anyway. This sound is probably only audible if you're not wearing headphones/earplugs or if you don't have super sensitive hearing.Luckily the keyboard is fully customizable so you can replace any of the keys or key switches. This is helpful if you want a new look. The keyboard does come with a few replacement keys, see images, if you prefer solid colored keys instead of the 'purple dream' cloud keys.All in all, keyboard is a functional JAS keyboard with light up features, which is what I was searching for. And it has a replaceable charging cable, so should your pet destroy the cord, you can buy a new one. It's a standard USB-C to USB. I wish more keyboards had this function, because I own cats, and one of them decided at 7 years old that chewing cables is fun. It also has a cordless option which is great. Imagine the usb that comes with a wireless mouse. I haven't messed with the bluetooth feature.Lots of color options, and you can speed up or slow down the animation so that's cool too.In my honest opinion, think of the pros and cons and what you're using it for and for how often and decide if this is the right keyboard for you. I probably would have gone for a higher end one, since I game pretty often and wanted a light up feature that would stay on when idling. Especially if I play at night in the dark I'd need to see my keyboard. But if it's for light gaming, or regular keyboard daily function, it does it's job and it's pretty great

This mechanical keyboard, right out the box, looks beautiful, the purple keycaps really stand out, and I like that it includes multiple! It feels really springy to type on, and the switches included are nice and clicky, but not too loud. This is a great keeb and I’m glad to have a pretty keyboard for my setup!

It's been almost a year that I got this keyboard, let me tell you. This is it. I had many keyboards and this is the only one that I would get over and over again. Search no more, period.

I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas it did not keep lightening up. I have ordered a new one so we will see if that one kerps working
