I purchased this product upon recommendation from a friend to support the transition to a plant based diet.First impression: the tablets are tiny! Lol.They don't come even close to HALF-filling the bottle they come in, to the point that I first thought I'd been short sold. But I counted them and did have the full 60, other than a couple of crushed tablets (This happens. Unfortunate, but not something I feel the need to complain about).After comparing with similar products: I think the small size might be due to the lack of 'bulking agents' that I've seen listed in the ingredients of other supplements.So all in all: I'm happier with these smaller tabs that deliver a full vitamin B complex without the addition of 'bulking agent' to make then needlessly bigger.The size also makes the tablets easy to swallow.Now to the important part: effectiveness.I hadn't noticed the slow build up of fatigue over the months since I transitioned to a predominantly plant based diet. Over the 30 days since I've been supplementing with Rasta-Viti vitamin B complex however, my energy levels have gone right back up. Not just physically, but I have a clearer mind and generally feel better day to day.This is exactly what I was looking for, so very happy with the purchase.Product certainly has my recommendation.

It is very small size. So it is very easy to swallow. No odd smell was found.

These vitamins always arrive quickly, are small and easy to swallow. I have sometimes felt nauseous after taking vitamin B supplements but have never felt nauseous with these ones.

Health

The product arrived on time which was great. The product itself is tiny which is brilliant so there's no problem taking them and you don't taste them because they are carried away by the water. Having an intense coloured urine makes me wonder if my body is actually getting any of the vitamins...?? I am taking them with other vitamins so they are working collectively but I do feel good since I've been taking them.
