Great archival paper
Great quality paper that holds the ink well and is archival quality, so should stand the test of time.

Really high quality paper
I bought this paper to make a few art prints and I have not been disappointed. The print quality on this paper is incredibly high and the colours are gorgeous. I set my printer setting to high quality printing on matte paper and the results are stunning. It's a heavier than copy paper; it's almost like a thin cardstock.I noticed some reviewers marking it down as they couldn't tell the difference between the 'front' and the 'back' of the paper, but the side you print on is obviously much whiter, and unless you're printing in low-light conditions I don't see how you could get them confused. It is a little pricey (currently sitting at £14.89 per pack of 50 sheets), but you get what you pay for. If you work it out, each sheet is about 30p which I believe to be incredibly good value. I'd definitely recommend this paper for anyone who wants to make some high-quality prints, either for personal use or for sale.

Very good with pigment inks
Potential purchasers browsing Epson papers should note that this "Archival" matte paper is recommended for pigment ink printers. Owners of dye based ink printers should buy the ordinary heavyweight matte paper.I suspect that some people thinking about trying this matte paper for the first time may be deterred by the fact that it is sold only in size A4 and larger and is sold in packs of 50. My advice is to give it a go if you print at A4. It is less than half the price of premium glossy, though that is not the reason for choosing it. It does not produce the vibrant colours of glossy paper - or as much contrast - but in some circumstances that is a distinct advantage, particularly in landscapes and in any photo where you are seeking a "soft" look. It is also the obvious choice if you want to use photo paper where light reflections are an issue. Finally, I think it is the best medium for black and white photos if your printer handles monochrome well.It will never replace glossy and semi-gloss paper but if used appropriately it gives excellent and inexpensive results.

Good product-bad packaging
The paper prints very clearly, good for folded cards, lovely matt surface. Wish the reverse side was white instead of yellowish, have been using it for over 1 year.

My prints have never looked so good
I purchased these after reading the reviews, and at this price for 50 sheets, thought it would be worth a try at least.I usually use Epson Premium Semi-Gloss as I sell framed prints and have been more than happy with the results of that paper too, but having printed a couple of shots onto this paper, the clarity is like watching a full HD movie on your LCD TV and seeing what you've been missing. The fact there is no reflection off the finish, and the way it handles details, colour and contrast are sheer brilliant. I was a bit concerned because I use my Epson PX700W with dye based inks in a CISS system, but the results seem more than satisfactory and I am pretty sure it uses less ink per print.Because of the matte finish, you don't have to be so careful when handling the print which makes framing them easier, and they look the part when behind glass too. Would more than happily recommend this paper to anyone who wants their images to look their best and will definitely be getting some of the A3 size paper when I get round to purchasing a larger printer in the future,

Excellent art paper for prints
Try as one might to want to find a slightly cheaper printing paper, and I have tried two other brands, this is easily the best for a number of reasons. Firstly, it takes the ink well and has a smooth printing surface. Secondly, although at 189gsm it is slightly thinner than other similar papers, the paper is also quite stiff so you hardly notice the difference. Print quality is noticeably better and the 189gsm gauge is less prone to jamming in my Epson printer. I'm very pleased with this paper, its archival quality and the tonal range of the prints I have made. It is a bit of a challenge to distinguish which side is brighter, but the print side is also a bit smoother, which helps to choose the right side. I have printed on both sides and the quality on the right side is much higher, so if you are not getting the quality you want. perhaps you should print on the other side. Also, my paper comes with the print side facing down, relative to the cover image on the box - I hope that this is helpful.

Great paper a pity it always ends up faulty on the edges
I am so fed up of receiving dog eared ended paper. Order these all the time because the print quality is great for my artwork but they are hardly ever perfect. Its not the fault of the delivery driver either. Normally the package looks fine and then when i open the paper up the whole batch can be damaged slightly on one corner. This is not good enough when you are selling prints. This time i even printed out a whole batch as i was in a rush only to find the same problem when i went to package them up in better lighting and realized they were not perfect yet again.
