Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant!
I have been looking for a small tripod to take on holiday and have been finding it a tough search due to the weight of my setup. Most small tripods including the Manfrotto will just not hold this weight. That was until I took a gamble and purchased this Neewer tripod. It is a lot smaller than I thought which is fantastic. It holds my Setup with no worries and it comes in its own little carry bag.My set up.Nikon D500.Ishoot L bracket.Nikon 24-70 F2.8 Lens.Nikon 70-200 F4 Lens.First test, with the 24-70mm Lens. Rock solid. This surprised me as this is a very very heavy lens. I did have to open the legs 1 click to make it sturdy in every way.Second test , with the 70-200mm Lens. Rock solid. Worked without any problems. This little Tripod is amazing, holds my setup rock solid with ease, and I could add more weight without any worry if I needed. Using it for long exposure shots will not be a problem. And being Arca Swiss this works out as excellent value.Highly highly recommended for any travel/micro photography.Only 1 Con. It has markers for “panning”, yet it has no way of panning!. The only way I see it able to Pan is if you loosen the bullhead knob, but this also lets the camera fall forward. So if you looking to buy this for Pano shots then you will need to use with a different ball head.

Very good, robust tripod.
This is a very solid, robust piece of kit so it's not particularly light to carry, however, it folds up into a very compact bundle & comes with a bag.The legs are very easy to extend and contract - just twist the foot anticlockwise & pull to extend, twist clockwise & push to contract. The legs splay in 3 positions by use of a small tab & lock points. The ball head is of very good quality allowing the camera to swivel in any direction or attitude & tightened/loosened with just one knob. It also features a bubble level.I expected that there might be a danger of the camera tipping over when the legs were extended (as is the case with some mini tripods I've used) but this one is very stable. The mounting plate is tightened by a knob which I much prefer rather than a quick release mechanism which often get stuck. All in all this is a decent, trustworthy tripod & I recommend it.

Light, sturdy & functional
Perfect for setting up a remote camera on a low, wide angle position. Light enough to throw in bag without too much concern over extra weight to carry. A bit costlty at £50 but it seems well made and robust.

Good product for the price.
Very good value for money. very sturdy, particularly with the legs not extended. Yet to fully test in the field, but definitely has the potential to be a must to include in my travel kit.

Sturdy with good clamping.
Great for fitting into my camera bag. It may be small but you can always find somewhere to site it for shake free pictures. The weight is a little high but if you don't want to pay for carbon fibre, it's as good as you will get for the money.

Utterly useless. Used it twice and one of the legs is stuck.
It looks good, feels good but it does not perform. I needed it for filming wildlife and weddings and on the second use one of the legs stuck and it's basically a large paperweight. Would NOT recommend Neewer tripods after this experience.

GREAT TRIPOD-VERY POOR BALL HEAD
I've been using this tripod in the field for about a year. I have found the tripod itself to be of good quality and excellent value for money. However it is let down by having a very poor quality ball head. Hence only a rather generous three stars (all for the tripod itself). Had it been possible to replace the ball head with a better quality one I would have given this another star for design. I bought this to use for close up shots of fungi, and macro shots of the very smallest. I found it was best suited to the lightest camera/lens combination in my kit. I mostly used a Fuji XT3 in combination with a 60mm 2:1 Laowa macro. This combination made the tripod useable with care in good conditions. I can't really recommend this item, such a shame it has such a poor ball head with no option to change it.

Beautifully engineered mini tripod
It's sold as a table top tripod but if you need to get down very low on any surface this is the perfect tool. You can even unscrew the vertical rod to get your camera rightdown to just a few centimeters off the ground.Solid and secure piece of kit.Recommends that you keep it out of sea water though. Fair enough, but very tempting.
