Great machine
Great dymo machine in fab colour. Shame you can only get spare label tape from USA unless you go for compatible

Better ones out there
Hmmm, I wanted to like this - I’m a big fan of a good labeller, and I use a Brother which has lasted years and is just as good now. I got this Dymo for my mother, as it has a qwerty keyboard which she finds easier to use. But the print window is tiny! You really have to squint to see what you’ve pressed - I can manage but at her age, it’s not so easy. Yes you get different font styles (not different fonts, just styles - italic, bold etc) and sizes so that’s all fine, plus lots of symbols (she’d only use the basics) so it’s almost over engineered. And it uses 6 AA batteries, which is a heck of a lot, let’s hope they last - buy decent ones! The Dymo is a well established brand and you do pay for the name, on this (over £34 although you get two tapes) and the tapes themselves. I’ll stick with my old faithful Brother, although my mother is happy with this and is now labelling everything (sometimes with spelling mistakes as she can’t see the tiny screen!)

Great way to label.
This is a big sturdy unit. I bought it because it does 2 line printing. I like the fact that the cartridges are easy to fit, the font sizes are various, the unit is easy to use. Only slight complaint is that it appears to cut the tape at a very, very slight angle. Might be my imagination though!

Wish I had got the letra tag...
Disappointed, I got this thinking it would do more than its predecessor. wrong! It has only one font in normal, bold, italic, underlined and vertical. those are the 6 'styles' you get where as the letra tag does more. Also realised the letra tag has magnetic labels too....I expected more for the money on this, very basic although prints well. (battery performance yet to be tested)

takes a bit of getting used to use but good labels produced
instructions thin, but once you get the hang of it, produces good sticky labels and simple to use

Great little printer, easy to use.
I found this very simple to use. My only gripe is that the reel of tape that came with it did not work at all but thankfully I had bought some extra tape with it.
