Value cannot be beat at this price point.
I have had my SP1 for a while and I am very satisfied with my purchase.PROS:- Great playability right out of the box. I haven’t even changed the factory strings (granted this is not my main instrument). Good action and great access to higher frets.- Solidly built. The guitar feels sturdy and I think it would survive a decent drop (not trying that).- Stays in tune regardless of where it is stored. I have had the guitar in the trunk of my car on the hottest day in the Florida summer and it does not make a difference.- Compact. I have taken this thing to the beach, camping, airplanes, and most of the time it lives in the trunk of my car. Recently I was in bed rest for a couple of weeks and a learned a few songs on this guitar, because I could just lay it down next to me when I wanted to do something else and it takes such little room.- Value, value, value. This the main reason for the 5-star rating. At this price point, the guitar is worth every penny.- Extras. Included strap feels solid and I have used it with some of my other guitars without concern. The gig bag has great padding and has held up excellent so far. The 1/4 cable is decent and has worked well so far.CONS- The neck is HEAVY. This makes the guitar want tilt down when you are playing because the weight is shifted towards the headstock. I find myself supporting it with my fretting hand quite a bit. Ergonomically speaking, you are not going to want to play it for hours at a time.NEUTRAL- Hardware. The tuners are adequate. They keep the guitar in tune well enough.- Built in effects feel a little gimmicky, but hey, it’s a feature.- Battery life isn’t great, but it doesn’t make much difference to me, because I rarely charge it and don’t use the effects. If I am playing through my amp I don’t need the battery and use my pedals instead of the built-in effects.Bottom line: Highly recommend due to great value at this price point.

Awesome guitar and awesome customer service!
Ok, i never write reviews on Amazon products. However, I wanted to give my honest opinion on the Enya Nova guitar I purchased a few months back. Just a little background, that have been playing guitar for most of my life and have owned very expensive guitars and less expensive guitars over the past 40+ years of playing. Wow, the Nova is an awesome instrument. I love the sound, look and quality of it. As a matter of fact, I reach for my Enya over my Martin, Yamaha or Carver 99% of the time. This thing is sooooo cool with the built in amp speaker and sound functions. Additionally, I did have an issue with the main on /off power button malfunctioning after several months of daily use. I contacted the manufacturer, explaining what the issue was. They were very helpful and eventually sent a replacement guitar. This company is truly amazing. I make future purchases from this company. Just thought you all should know….buy an Enya, you won’t be disappointed!

Not far from perfect
I like the Enya Go SP1 for the tool that it is. I bought this because I wanted something to travel with and have it in the truck. I got that and more. I like picking on the couch with it and working out picking sequences (Rolls for you banjo players). My dread definitely sounds bigger and fuller. But I don’t get reverb on it. I do with the Enya. That’s cool. Playing background with the Bluetooth was not that satisfying. It is kind of muffled. You can barely hear it past your own playing. This makes it hard to follow. But hey! Most acoustic guitars don’t even have it. Plugged up to an amp it would be better. Plays well out of the box. The bridge can be lower. I’m going to do that. It can be played quietly. My wife likes that, and so do I. I’m not always ready for prime time. This guitar puts an instrument in my hands more often and more conveniently than before getting it. That makes it a valuable tool for improvement. It’s fun to play and everything works as promised. That is the best I can say for now. I gave it 4 stars because few things ever reach perfection, but this isn’t fare away.
