Samsung R530 NP-R530 NP-R530CE R480 NP-R480 R522 NP-R522 Laptop AC Adapter Charger Power Cord

I am very pleased with this OEM Samsung charger from 'charger4U' for my Samsung R519. The charger is working fine so far. Although, the cord from the adaptor box to the wall is short (approx 70 cm), the wire from the adaptor box to the laptop more than makes up for it, it's long (approx 175 cm). This makes the total length just over 8 ft (including adaptor box) - which is long enough for me.Item was ordered on Sunday night and was delivered Wednesday morning by Royal mail - this means that it as taken 60 hours in total, which I think is pretty quick.The charger I received is manufactured by Delta Electronics - there is no need to worry that it's fake because it doesn't say 'Samsung' on it.Furthermore, Delta Electronics is partners with major electrical corporations, from Apple and Dell, all the way through to Samsung and Toshiba.It is entirely your own choice if you want to be put off (I wasn't) from purchasing, because of past reviewers who gave this item a 1 and 2 star, and saying things like "The product I got in the post was not genuine and did not have the Samsung label" or "it melted quicker than the cheaper ones. Don't wast your money just buy a new laptop".The statements I quoted above, don't make sense - as far as I'm aware of, major corporations contract manufactures to make components (like chargers etc) for them. Then manufactures use sub-contractors to fulfil orders - don't quote me, I maybe wrongIf it turns out I'm right, this would suggest, that most products no matter if they're cheap or expensive are made in the same factories?We all know that we don't live in a perfect world, and that some electrical goods come from the factory faulty, it's a part of life - if something doesn't work you get it replaced. I'm happy with my purchase so far. If you want a cheap, good quality charger, I would advise anyone to buy this one, which is made by an OEM manufacturer - cheap as chips.

been using my old one with a dodgy wire for a while and it was getting to the stage where it was going to stop working altogether when i saw this direct replacement, if any thing it is better than the one supplied with the laptop from new, longer cables on both the plug side and the side that plugs into the side of the laptop, the side that plugs into the mains looks more heavy duty.....would I buy this item again....to right i would for 13 quid it was a steel and so far I have been very pleased, wish i'd got it with the battery as well but i'll go for that later.

My last charger lasted me for over 12 years of constant use. So if this one does the same I will be extremely thankful. I am also pleased with your prices. Thank you for delivering it so quickly.

Bought this as a replacement charger after my original laptop charger died. Received it quite quickly and didn't realise it would be chinese. Not a bad charger for the money paid but after a month or so my battery icon would say 80% charged however the green light would be on to say it was fully charged. A full charge still lasts about 2-3 hours so not much of a problem.

I liked that the pin fitted more snuggly than others but was sorry that it gave out after a year.

This is not an original Samsung product as implied by the seller. As pictured you would assume that it came with the kettle lead but this is not the case. Although this didn't matter to me buyers beware that you will need to purchase this seperately if you don't already have one. Good price though, just hope it lasts.

Had no complaints from my daughter and charges her laptop fine without being too expensive when compared with others doing the same job. Doubt its an original but why pay more?
