Absolutely fabulous! Our kettle got quite bad so I assumed I’d have to buy a top end descaler but I found this little bargain, thought I’d try it and didn’t expect amazing results considering how cheap it was. It worked amazingly and has completely solved the problem of all the horrid build up in my kettle. It worked in minutes too, so you don’t have to wait that long! Super easy you just pop the teabag in your kettle that comes in the packet and leave it to do it’s thing, then boil & rinse a few times! The bottom of our kettle now looks brand new. I purchased another one straight away so I am prepared for next time! Do yourselves a favour and purchase, small price for great results!

Price is a bit steep considering you only get one bag for only one use but this is a really great product that worked very well on our kettle.However, rrather than boiling for just 10 minutes, we reheated the bag several times and at the end, we tipped the solution into a pan and put the kettle upside down to get into all the limescale that were in the spout area (obviously while ensuring to avoid submerging the electrical parts of the kettle into water).Looks brand new after doing this for a couple hours and reheating back and forth.

Alright, first you should know I had been very naughty and left descaling this for longer than I should.I mean I moved in 14 months ago, and I brought a new kettle. Considering the amount of tea I and visitors to my flatdrink, I should be descaling once every six months. Anyway,I filled the kettle half way, put it on to boil, put the kettle in the sink, away from the taps, dropped the bag into the water, walked away and left it for half an hour. It says 10 minutes but I figured half an hour would probably be better considering I was getting bits of limescale in my tea (I know gross - I stopped drinking tea! In England! I know, migrated to Coffee which felt dirty), Came back, and the kettle looked like new. I always keep the outside clean of course, so when I opened it and found it was not only clean but sparkling inside with NO TRACE OF LIMESCALE well, for this price you just cant go wrong, you might need another depending on how old your kettle is or you might be alright with one but the point is, these work. They work wonderfully. My father has previously used the ones with three smaller packets and he said he had to use three but then his kettle is old, and I would say, sod it go for this you won't be disappointed

It's a liquid I thought it was the T bag one with the balls in but yeah it doesn't work well the other one I had to use 1 every 2 weeks this one I have to use every 2 days wouldn't recommend the one I usually get is unavailable so yeah I will keep using this crap don't waste your money.

This is great and so easy to use. Just boil the kettle pop the bag in and 10 minutes later a lovely clean kettle. My kettle wasn't really really bad but definitely needed doing so for me it worked great. I can only assume that those who said it didn't work had limescale caked on in which case you can't expect miracles! As for spillages i have a plastic kettle and didn't have a problem with this either. I didn't pour it out straight after, i waited for it to cool a bit but cant comment on if it damages the outside of metal kettles but i think if u were careful when you tipped it out then it should be fine. Like with everything its common sense, if something is going to eat away at the limescale, be careful when you pour it out. Added bonus was that my sink was nice and clean too once I poured it out! :-)

I hate limescale with a passion - those horrible sharp bits you don’t realise are there until you crunch on something unexpectedly and are suspicious of the kettle until the problem is solved... after very little research I stumbled on this product (it was cheap enough to order without regret if it didn’t work)! It worked like a dream! Super easy to use and after the 10 minutes was up I could literally see my reflection in the bottom of the kettle! Would recommend 100% and am going to order some more to have to hand. You never know when limescale will rear it’s ugly head...

I ordered a packet of Oust. Followed the simple instructions, basically place it in the kettle filled with water and boil it. The results were outstanding. I had been doubtful before purchase but extremely pleased after using it.

As the picture shows, the inside of the kettle now looks almost new!I used just one sachet (of the 3) that came in the Oust box to clean out my Cuisinart kettle. I've this kettle for at least 3 years now and never descaled until today.I followed the instructions. After the 8 minute period with the descaler, I saw there were some black like streaks at the bottom of the kettle, so as per the instructions, I put the kettle back as-is to re-heat (but stopped before it boiled and then left it to cool). The photo you see was the outcome. I was very pleased.Of course, I do wonder how caustic this descaler is....so after the descaling, I rinsed the kettle thoroughly and then boiled water again in it. After which I rinsed the kettle again multiple times.

A mio avviso, è uno dei prodotti migliori tra i decalcificanti in commercio. Facile e sicuro all'uso. L'ho conosciuto grazie a una amica inglese che me lo portava direttamente da Londra. Oggi, finalmente Amazon mi permette di averlo a casa. Consiglio di trattare il bollitore con una certa frequenza, in quanto può accadere che il calcare più ostinato non venga rimosso da subito con questo prodotto, e non è per colpa della sua qualità. Basta procedere con una seconda applicazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La verdad es que lo compré un poco a ciegas para descalcificar un hervidor de agua comprado también aquí. Siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete (en inglés) el resultado es bueno.

A bruxelles l'eau à vraiement trop de calcaire et j'en avais assez de toujours passer mon temps à détartrer mon bouilloire éléctrique avec du vinaigre suivie de plusieurs rinçages à l'eau clair. MAINTENANT C'EST DE L'HISTOIRE ANCIENNE car ce produit est vraiement très efficace et super facile à utiliser. A recommander sans hésitation.
