I have just cancelled a return request, thanks to Google and the help you can get from there!It came with a few faults:1. The ligature had very sharp edges, which I noticed after it scratched the mouthpiece and cut into the reeds. To fix this I ended up sanding it, and breaking off a few very sharp shards.2. The inside of the ligature is delaminating already.3. The thumb key kept sticking. This was sorted with the use of a screwdriver and sandpaper again!!!4. The lower notes are sometimes VERY difficult to get, but I suspect that might be me, not the instrument!Having said all that, it is good for practicing. And for the price, one can't knock it for the beginner.

Bought as a Christmas present for my wife, who was adamant she wanted to relearn to play the clarinet. Presented in a lovely case, with all the bits you need inside, it’s far better quality than I was expecting for the price. Sure it wouldn’t cope with being played by a member of the London philharmonic orchestra but for a wife who will lose interest by Easter it’s perfect.

I used to play clarinet at school (many, many, years ago) and fancied another go in my dotage! Was slightly concerned that the quality wouldn't be up to scratch as the price was so good (I had a Boosey & Hawkes at school) - BUT was very pleasantly surprised!! The instrument itself seems sturdy enough and the sound is lovely. Fantastic produced certainly for a beginner (I'm sure more professional players might have a different opinion). I'm really happy with it.

It has been the best part of 25 years since I picked up a clarinet to play it. To be honest I was never much good back then so I didn't want to spend a fortune on a 'beginners' clarinet. This does the job that I want it to do. If I get more serious about playing the instrument in the future I will get a more expensive one but as a re-starter it is excellent. I might actually practice this time.Quality of tone is alright, choose between the different barrels, two are supplied, to see which one sounds better to yourself. They may look the same but they do make a difference in tone.Also comes in pink which is a big bonus point on my part :-)

I love this product as I wanted to go back to playing clarinet after my last one had broke and the repair person said it was unmendeable I have brought this one and it was great easy to play and everything I have two faults with it though the first was was that as a person that has played clarinet before I know that u need to grease the corks on the clarinet or risk getting the clarinet stuck together. There is no cork grease in this package but everything else was provided. The clarinet was great up until it came to putting it away the clarinet got stuck the lower joint and the bell to be precise.i had greased the corks sufficiently enough to allow smooth fitting and unfitting of the parts. However when I was able to get this apart woth help from the internt. it seems like the cork bit on the clarinet is not close enough to the clarinet to be able to allow for a smooth fitting and unfitting of the clarinet pieces This was a major let down.

Haven't played the clarinet for 40 years. Being in lockdown has spured me on to take it up again. This clarinet is a good quality, and I can get good sounds out of it. Is lovely to handle ,comes in a nice sturdy case. Am enjoying revisiting my past,and look forward to playing lovely music.

Had to get this looked at after playing only once as lower keys not working. Pads missing and keys sticking. £23 to sort not ideal.

Have just started lessons on this. The price made it an attractive buy and I've been very happy with it for the 6 months I've been using it. I would recommend upgrading the mouth piece tho.
