Good value
Got this to control an extractor fan in the conservatory, no more expensive than a mechanical thermostat, and a lot cheaper than the humidistat in the bathroom. Found it a bit difficult to wire up as some of my fingers aren't very flexible due to injury but it connected to the Wifi with no problems.

Works very well. Great value for the money.
I am using this in my en-suite to control an Infrared Heated Mirror. I had to mount it in a IP66 box for safety, but it works really well, controlling the temperature perfectly. Wifi is very reliable compared to other wifi devices I have installed.The only improvement I would request is that the TUYA app is enhanced to support both temperature & humidity at the same time.

Sensor faulty.
After 2 weeks the humidity part of the sensor went up to 99% humidity and stayed there no matter what.We had it set to turn a dehumidifier on at 70% but it was running 24/7I have ordered another sensor to check if maybe its right but at first it was sitting at 60% for just over a week.

Works well generally
The switch is easy to wire up and is generally robust. The sensor seems to need some calibration but again it does respond to heat and humidity well. All in all.. a good product.

Good value for money
Cheap, fairly easy to set up but can't get it to change Wi-Fi network. Won't start up its built-in WiFi again. Lots of problems with e-Welink server over New Year but now maybe OK? Device itself good and delivery from SPmall was quick.

Do not buy this unless you are an electrician!
You need to build a mains power lead that has a plug on one end and bare wires on the other. You then have to connect this to terminals inside the device.

Broken, no effective warranty.
I sadly bought one of these not from Amazon, but direct from the manufacturer. It failed weeks ago and their tech support has not answered any messages.

USUALLY Good but
Had a few items from sonoff and usually good this one however rattled and sounded like metal parts so not happy to plug it on a 13 amp supply and returned the same day.

Excellent Item and service
Had a little problem after several weeks of use but the customer service was excellent with a replacement sent and now fully functioning. Now have two of these working well.
