Great customer service
I tried to order directly through their website, Shopify flagged my account as fraudulent so they emailed me that my order couldn’t be processed. They said to order the product on Amazon and they would credit my card back with a discount for the inconvenience. They gave me a bigger discount than expected for the inconvenience. The rope bar is very high quality with great instructions. My son has been using frequently and it has helped his hitting!
