Super Rainbow Flyer - Single Line Kite - Spirit of Air

Excellent kite, good size, rapid assembly (just cross-bar to insert and cord to tie on) robust holding handle with generous length of strong cord. Bought for my 7 year old grandson, to replace one which took off into wide blue yonder recently when its cord broke. This one is better; it took to the air immediately and flew with spectacular success. I highly recommend this kite. It is excellent value and much better than I expected for the price. Thank you.

This is a fantastic kite - so simple to assemble, and disassemble for storage. We got it up in seconds and it never came down in the hour of flying it, until it was reeled into my hand. It flies so well and high! Despite its size (quite big) my seven year old had no bother operating it. She just loves it and can't wait until we get out again!!Really well worth the money - your child, or adult, will not be disappointed with this purchase - really good value for money, and superb service - arrived two days later.

A great kite, so easy for very young children to fly and have fun with. To store you have to dismantle the cross bar section, not a big problem unless you lose one of the metal poles! Keep the plastic packaging to store it in and then you can quickly put it all back together again to use on a windy day!

This kite FLEW BY ITSELF FOR A A WHOLE WEEKEND!!Our first time using the kite and my husband though it would be a good idea to let out 3 year old hold it. It was flying beautifully and she held it well before getting distracted by a daisy and letting go. Unfortunately my husband wasn't quick enough to grab it and it flew off into a tree right next to the field we were standing in.Where it continued to fly for the entire weekend, despite there only being a little wind. It ended up being at full length and the entire village could see it, it was quite an event! My daughter was extremely happy to wake up on Saturday and Sunday morning and see it still fluttering high in the sky.Unfortunately by Monday morning it had disappeared, probably flying off into the clouds. As Father Christmas bought it for her, she has said she wants him to bring her another one so we'll have to wait to get another one, but it bought a lot of joy to our little girl (and is) for the whole weekend. We are just sad we only got to fly it once!Would definitely recommend.

I don't usually review items but felt I had to this time. I got this kite for my four year old, she absolutely loved it. It looks great and flys brilliantly. But she thought the best part was when she let go of the string and the kite got stuck in a tree....twice. After a whole lot of yanking the string as hard as we could we managed the get the kite back in perfect knick. The way it was wrapped around the branches I thought if we got it back it would definitely be broken. I would recommend this kite, it's worth every penny.

I actually bought this for my daughter in December 2014, but taking it out again today reminded me how utterly brilliant it's been for the money. It's just so easy to fly in the slightest breeze. I really didn't think we were going to get it off the ground today but it went up like a dream and it's so easy to use that even at four/five she's been able to fly it on her own as long as there's someone to throw it up for her. Really good buy.

This is a good size, a good price, is easy to set up (one stick), and flew right out to the end of it's string with no problems in a light wind. My 5 year old daughter can fly it easily and absolutely loves it.To address some of the 'build quality' reviews, it's made lightly so it'll fly well. Treat it gently and there is no problem.
