Shrivelled in 3 days
Put these in a tub with some cigars whilst reseasoning my humidor. The humidity went down from 72% to 58% in 3 days and the packs shrivelled to dryness. The cigars were not dry and the tub was airtight so don't think these are up to much

Opened packs give inadequate humidity
I have been using Boveda packs for several years, with great results. However, anyone who uses these usually understands that these thing need to be kept in their original factory vacuum-sealed packs until time to use. These arrived in a non-factory, non-vacuum sealed pack: instead they come in a ziplock pack, which is inadequate to preserve their shelf-life. Therefore I have no idea how long they've been out of the pack (and therefore whether they are fit for use).So to test, I placed one of these with a small hygrometer inside a three-cigar airtight carry case overnight: if effective, the air inside the case would reach 72% RH.It did not: it reached only 65%, which is below Boveda's stated RH on the pack, and insufficient for keeping tobacco in good condition (rolling tobacco becomes too dry at anything below 70%).As such this item is not as even the manufacturer describes.
