Trying to get my money back. It stopped working. It worked great and was there when I needed it, which really mattered, but it just stopped. Bought one for aunty too, as her and my mum are getting on in years. It matters that these things work!

Easy to use. The tracker works as it should. No issues.

After reading other reviews for this GPS tracker, I felt confident buying this product because there was a contact email address in case of any problems with the device. However, we had the same issue as several other people in that the IMEI no. would not work with the GPSOne app. I emailed the hotmail address before Christmas hoping that the issue would be resolved (this was a Christmas present) however I have still had no reply. The product itself looks and seems to work fine but it is no use when it does not talk to the other devices. I am sending the item back.

We could not get a signal where we live

Waste of money. Half the time, the device is offline and not tracking the car at all, the other half when it is, I keep getting a car alarm sounding on my phone every five minutes whilst driving which is most off putting. It seems to work again properly for a short while every time you charge up the device (even when the battery is still saying 50% available) but then reverts to being totally unpredictable. I have tried changing the settings but it is useless, not helped by the almost unfathomable instructions translated, I presume, from Chinese. Spend your money on another device and most certainly not this one!

This is great for tracking a vehicle and getting notifications about problems with the vehicle.I've had this installed for two weeks now and it has worked very well. Tracking is very accurate! I also use the iOS app and the interface is easy to use.

After a year of using this I'm not able to recommend it as if it does use GPS it's so bad it often puts the car several streets away from where it actually is, whereas the GPS on my phone is spot on every time. I liked the idea of portability and waterproofness but if it can't track your car to within half a mile away then you'd be hard pressed to tell the police where it was, so as much as I wanted to recommend this , after a year of not good enough positioning I am afraid I cannot.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing this! It worked for about an hour but seems to have given up now. The instructions are appalling, totally incomprehensible. Don't but it.
