A better way to store your threads. I find it kind of calming winding the threads onto the bobbins. You definitely need something to store these in to keep them in order. It is definitely easier to use the floss and after splitting it, rewind the remaining thread back on to the bobbin.You can buy a designated storage box or make your own.

These plastic floss bobbins are your regular made in China kind of affair. They're not too bad and the only reason I've given them 4 stars is that they are a bit thinner and more flexible than the DMC ones, also the ring hole is slightly smaller so if you use rings you might want to buy a small pack to check they fit the rings you use comfortably first. Also they don't have the little line for the colour number but that's not a big deal.

Brilliant! I spend half my time these days winding threads onto these clever little things - wouldn't be without them!! Keeps all my threads neatly organised and I can write on them which company and number thread they are (which I can wipe off at a later date if I need to very easily!). So far I've bought 450 in total, and as my stash increases, so will my orders of these!!Good quality product, and would recommend to all!!

These bobbins are good value for money and hold my threads well, my only gripe is that they're not as sturdy as the DMC ones and the slits at the bottom to secure any loose threads seem overly large and don't keep my threads as secure as I'd like.

Very good value for money. Pleased with the number in each pack.Very sturdy and easy to wind threads onto. Ideal for keeping threads safe & tangle free when crafting.These will last me for many years.

Sturdy, smooth edges, I use it for the kids craft box as they trash the cardboard ones within seconds. I'd be hesitant to use if I was a keen cross stitcher as the slots you catch the embroidery threads in can pull at the thread a little, but for kids to use with bicca they are excellent.

Fantastic! Invaluable items to keep threads for cross stitch neatly organised! I now have several packs of these with my threads wound round. It's rather therapeutic winding all my threads onto them! Can be written on, or used with the packs of stickers - can be thrown into a tub, neatly organised into sectioned plastic organisers, or put onto a metal split ring - the choice is yours!Good quality, good delivery speed too!
