Elastic Silicone No Tie Anchor Shoe Laces PK of 16pcs For Adults Shoes, Trainers

I bought a pack of these last year to go with my new trainers. I have a spinal condition and was having to tie my laces, throw my shoes down to the floor and then attempt to slip them on with a long shoe horn. It took forever and hurt me due to the way I needed to bend and I was screwed if the laces came undone whilst I was out. I felt like a child having to ask others to help. Anyway, these took no longer than 10mins to fit , I would say skip the first set of holes at the top and go right down to the next.I would also say lace up your shoes first and compare the width of each level to your lace replacements to decide which sizes to use before removing your old laces.I have been able to slip my trainers on with this since the first day - a massive help. They just go right on without any fuss. I have a lot of numbness in my feet which means I often fall out of shoes or trip up. The fit on these laces is unreal. Enough hive to let your foot in but not enough to let it out without a foot slipping out.I’ve had them over a year on the same set of shoes that I’ve worn 3-4x a week. They have survived numerous washing cycles at various heat settings and a chew by one of my dogs.I’ve actually just stopped by to buy two more sets for my new shoes and will never go back to laces again!I did buy a second set for my 5yr old son, a kids one. He was only a size 12 junior then but because of the width of his foot they were no good. He would have been better with an adult set I feel as there just wasn’t enough give for him to get them on but since he can pull his foot up to my thigh for me to tie them, we didn’t worry.

I was shocked when I first came across these and at that price unwell give it ago. . . . And well I live these I suffer with lyphondeama and can't realy get my shoes on very well then they look odd cos I have to take the lace out on one side. So when I put these in they work amazingly well I have told so many people about them that we are all warring them . I cant believe something so simple is so amazing and have made my life so much easier. I no it's mental that I'm going on like this but trust me I'm truly impressed. Not only are they cheap they look smart because u can wipe them clean easily and realy do do the job. Once they r in they stay in.

This is great stuff - works and fits perfectly. Although you cannot use it for all types of shoes.

I bought these stretchy 'laces' to go in a pair of Converse because I was sick of stopping in the street to re-tie my shoelaces. One of my feet is fatter than the other and has always caused me problems with lace-up shoes - I could never gauge the correct tightness and was forever putting my foot up on people's garden walls and adjusting the laces. Eventually I decided never to buy lace-ups but, unfortunately, when looking for some brown summer sneakers, I couldn't find any of the right colour except for some Converse which, of course, were laced.The messing about eventually put me off wearing them until… I found these! They have just got to be one of the best inventions ever and they look absolutely great - just like real laces. They're even textured with a 'woven' pattern to look like real laces - unbelievable! Whoever invented these deserves a medal for ingenuity!Another reviewer did mention that they aren't really suitable for shoes with parallel lace holes, and they were right. I have had to miss out the first lace-hole because the tongue of the shoe was just too tight up against my foot but putting them in from the second lace-hole down has made them fit in much better. The shoes have six lace holes and I put them in from the longest, in the second hole down, which left three over. I've put them aside because you never know when you might need them for something else or some other shoes with more lace holes!I would highly recommend these to anyone who has shoe-lacing problems, whether it's for an inability to tie laces or just for comfort or appearance. They give the shoes a clean, neat look without those annoying flapping 'bows' which are so 'uncool' anyway and save all that messing about trying to hide the 'bow' by tucking it down the side of the shoe - a cause of many broken nails in my case! Get some - you won't regret it!

Though reasonably good quality material, they are rather short, certainly shorter than others I have bought, despite using the longest sizes, the show is rather tight, and the longest lace at the top, looks stretched to near breaking point, I also found fitting the laces very hard, even painful, though that is down to the size of the eyelets on this pair of trainers, they are particularly small, but not helped by the length of the lace itself.

These have been a great buy. As someone with limited range of movement these have been very helpful for getting on and off without requiring as much help from other people. They are tight enough not to move and fall off when walking but easy to get on and off.Excellent price, I did try a different more expensive type of no tie laces and they did not work as well as these do. These fit a mix of shoe widths (vans wider shoes and converse narrower shoes). Have already bought my second pair and found this to be beneficial as I wanted more of the wider pieces for my vans and more narrow pieces for my other shoes so having 2 sets enabled me to lace up 3 pairs of shoes.

I like the idea of these. However, they were an absolute swine to install into my trainers, mainly because the little tab that goes in was a lot bigger than the hole it needed to go into. But hey, it meant they weren't coming out in a hurry....Updated review: every time I wear the trainers with these laces in, my foot gets more and more painful at the spot where the tab digs in - and the other tabs on that line are aggravating my foot too. I'm going to need to find an alternative to these laces, because while I like the convenience I hate that my feet hurt in these shoes specifically because the silicone tabs have no way of lying flat and not digging into my foot.
