Nice and effective
Pineapple flavour is very good, bcaa is good as i am having it empty stomach and yes I am feeling that pump and energy which was missing with MB bcaa pro

Not good at all
I have been using BCAA since long. This was my first try with this one. I can tell you i have never has such diluted bland taste of bcaa. It hurts my throat , feel like i may have throat infection by the end of the day. Definitely not buy for those who are try to change their supplements.

This is great Intra workout and provides effective results. Very nice as per the price charged. Value for Money product.Can compete other brands like Scivation Xtend which has only BCAA where as XLR8 has Glutamine and Arginine added which will give you great pump during working out along with feeling energetic.
