FIRSTLY. SPEED OF DELIVERY WAS GREAT. WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORDERING, IT WAS DELIVERED. I WAS AMAZED TO SEE THE MATTRESS VAC PACKED. HOW ON EARTH DO THEY SQUEEZE ALL THAT INTO SUCH A SMALL PACKAGE.MORE FASCINATION WHEN I OPENED THE BAG, ALLOWING THE AIR TO FLOW INTO THE MATTRESS. I LEFT THE MATTRESS ALONE FOR A DAY, TO MAKE SURE IT HAD REACHED IT'S OPTIMUM SIZE. SLEEP. I WAS VERY COMFY. SO MUCH SO, IT WAS A STRUGGLE TO GET OUT OF BED. I CHECKED THE COVER ZIP, TO MAKE SURE IT WORKED, ANOTHER BONUS IF YOU NEED TO WASH THE COVER. THIS MATTRESS IS QUITE FIRM, AS I HAVE A BACK PROBLEM, I WAS PLEASED ABOUT THAT. BUT AFTER TEN MINUTES OR SO, I FELT THE MEMORY FOAM WARM UP. IT WAS LOVELY. BY THE WAY, I AM A WEIGHTY MAN. 16 STONES PLUS. NO PROBLEM WITH MY SIZE. NOT ONLY IS THIS A GOOD PRODUCT, IT WILL LAST, IT'S CONTRUCTION IS PRECISE. IT IS WELL MADE. AND A BARGAIN AT THE PRICE. I BOUGHT THIS MATTRESS FOR THE GUEST ROOM AFTER BUYING ONE LAST YEAR, BUT I COULD NOT SLEEP ON IT. THEREFORE I GAVE IT AWAY. I WANT MY GUESTS TO SLEEP IN COMFORT. BUT NOT FOR TOO LONG!

I bought this as the dearer and meant to be more comfortable of 2 mattresses from the company. The other was a cheaper firmer one. In this case it was a single. I have found it like sleeping in a banana. The middle lacks the support I would wish for and after sleeping in a few hrs , I feel like I'm gonna tip out. When I've knelt on it , with one knee, twice a slat under my bed has broken. It just doesn't seem to distribute weight and push back enough. It is soft and comfortable. But not supportive enough for my needs. I've added a mattress topper to try give it more structure. But I am disappointed, since this was the premium version of the 2 I bought. This is not my first memory mattress.

I was originally going to return this mattress as it was in my opinion not very comfortable, made me sweat profusely and made me wake up early.The seller did in the meantime confirm it is made with 40kg density memory foam which they say is high density however if you research the matter you will find 40kg is the lowest density sold on amazon so dunno how high density it is. So considering the top layer is low/medium density yet the mattress was as hard as a plank when I lay on it I was wondering what the reflex foam was made of. After weighing the mattress, deducting the weight of the memory foam it seems a higher density reflex foam was used underneath than most mattresses giving the mattress a very firm base. The seller did say it would take 2 weeks to get used to the mattress and considering I would have to return the thing unrolled as you can't roll it back together I thought I would keep the mattress and "get used" to it.It's been about 2 weeks and by now I am getting a good nights sleep on it and am no longer overheating in my sleep so the seller was right that you do need to get used to it and I am sure it is good for my posture however this is certainly not like lying down on a bunch of clouds and I wish I had bought a different brand which has higher density memory foam, I thought they were the same but I'd say a golden sleep is good, diamonds might be better...

So far so good, a firm mattress but saying that you will find that your hips sink in nicely if you sleep on your side which is nice. It arrived within 2 days of ordering, in a roll and you just let it open out for 48 hours. It had a slight chemical smell which will fade in due time, but over all I and my husband have had trouble free sleep since we got it and I don't have that many aches and pains when I wake up do far.I hope it continues and will recommend this mattress.

Bought this mattress to replace a spring mattress. Firstly it arrived 3 days sooner than projected, that is absolutely awesome!I gave it enough time to expand and as per the other reviews removed the cover and washed the cover. This helps with the initial smell. Also letting it just lie in a spare room to expand for 3 days and spraying it with Febreeze fabric helped get rid of the initial smell.I love this mattress! I've suffered some severe spine injuries a few years ago and sleeping can sometimes be a problem due to pain and if the mattress is not supportive enough it can be torture. From the first minute I lay down on this mattress, I fell in love. Truly fantastic and I would buy another one in a heartbeat!I have to add that I prefer firm mattresses and this one is perfect.

Needed a new mattress quickly as I was going in for surgery. The price seemed right & if it breaks down too quickly I’m not too far out of pocket. So far so good.

Its comfyyyyy, its helping me relief my back pain, heavier than I thought, it helps me relax and have some deep sleep
