Longevity seems good so farFollowing the directions is important to get the most from this vac. You need to open your pores! If you use it on cold, closed pores of course it won't work ideally. That is not the products fault, but the users!Some things I have found that may be useful to you: Wash your face with good soap and hot water first. Do not apply warm or cool water, because that will close your pores quickly. When you just get out of a hot shower is perfect, too. With your pores open, and face slightly wet (for lubrication) use one hand to pull your skin taught while using the other to operate the tool. Then begin on whatever the most tolerable vacuum level you decide. I go right to level 3 most times. Apply the tip to your target area, and gently "rake" up and down, allowing the water to help the tip glide and prevent abrasion. Raking up and down with the tip angled into the area allows the radius on the tip to mobilize the blackhead and oils behind it, kind of like how you squeeze out a toothpaste tube.When it becomes dry, use hot water to lube your skin again, and just keep raking it in various locations. You will eventually end up with a big pile of crud inside the tip. It's amazing, and disgusting, yet addictive to use because it is so effective!Charging with a USB wall-plug in my bathroom. Good battery life: has never stopped or slowed while I've used it.The only complaint I have is the ergonomics, and where they placed the control button. Due to the button location, I have accidentally changed suction levels during use. The way it fits in my hand most comfortably places my thumb right on the control button.Great price, fun and effective tool for your face routine! Hands-down better than the pore-strips, in my opinion.

I was so excited for this! It doesn't really pull any type of blackheads out, it just kinda gathers gunk as you roll it around your face. Which I could do with just washing my face. But it bruised my face with deep purple bruising everywhere I used it so that's disappointing. And to add insult to injury, when I went to pull the little head off to clean it, the whole thing broke in my hand. The printing on the box is all misspelled and in disjointed English that makes no sense. I'm shocked that this is rated as high as it is. Yikes.

This thing is great! I know dermatologist look down on it since it could damage your skin and could possibly leave bruises. However, I found that if you are sitting in one spot for a long period of time, yes, that could absolutely happen!Anyway, I used this, every head just to see what they were like and then I used it on my son who had major black heads on his nose! If you do it right, like right out of the shower or even with just a hot towel, it totally works. Move it around, stretch out the face, it works!

The instructions for use are in the tiniest possible print on the back of the box. There are multiple dangerous-looking probes included, with no clue of what they are for, or how to use them. Nothing is said about cleaning the device. There are many many words in fractured English, which end up saying nothing useful beyond that if you suck too hard in one spot, you'll get redness, Well, yeah.i have a few tiny blackheads on my left cheek, probably because I sleep on that cheek, so I thought maybe a vaccuum device could clean them out with the least damage. This thing does have impressive sucking power right out of the box, but I'm almost afraid to try it because, well, I have no clue HOW to accomplish the goal with the least damage, the whole point of my purchase!

Well when I first got the product it was nice, worked well and really cleanup up my face. I was going to use it again about 30 days later and ……not working. UghI made sure it was charged. And pressed the ON button, nope. Tried again….oops, now the on button is stuck inside! So it’s certainly not working. Lasted one use😞😠
