Had these originally in my kitchen and apart from 2 which have only stopped working out of 8 they have proved to be excellent value for money. Highly recommended product.

Brilliant product with long life and very good energy rating which helps a lot in these days of high energy costs.

Day 1 Saturday 7th January 2017 - All working fine. I'll keep you updated.I bought these as a sensible replacement for Starlight 50w GU10 Warm White Halogen spotlights in my kitchen. I replaced all 8 today and i intend to monitor how well they perform. This will then dictate if I install more around the house.First impressions are good. The colour is very comparable. The Starlights are described as 2900k and the MiniSuns are described as 3000k. So, all feels right here. As for brightness, the Starlights are said to output 400 lumens vs the MiniSun 450 lumens. In terms of comparison, I would say this is about right. My impression was that the MiniSuns were 10-20% brighterI like the frosted front to the MiniSuns which means the light is less harsh than the typically glass fronted halogen. The beam spread is said to be 110 degrees, which I can believe. The kitchen looks great with a lovely even bright light that these give off.It's the low power and long life that is converting me here. The wattage of the MiniSun is a fantastic 5W vs the halogen 50W so that's a given. Reduced electricity bills and no wasteful hot bulbs - the MiniSuns give off no heat. I just need to see if these will last - that's why I put them in the kitchen!All in all a great start for the MiniSun. I'll keep you updated on how well they last.Update - June 2017. After 5 months regular kitchen use all bulbs remain working and bright - still very happy.Update - October 2018. After 18 months in my high traffic kitchen,​ all bulbs are still going strong. These are excellent bulbs!

Only arrived yesterday, but just the right level of light we needed in our refitted bathroom. Wanted the warm white as opposed to the too brighter cool white. Personal choice of course. Nice neat size, easy to fit, a bit of a flimsey feel to the front filter but otherwise ok.Other reviews mention length of use before failing but obviously cannot comment as yet. But as a pack of 10 are quite a reasonable price, even if they do fail in a shorter time frame, it's not the end of the world!!

A lot brighter than I was expecting which is great.Frosted look looks good and gives great light distribution.Plastic housing feels very cheap, and unsure if light or the fitting holding them, but they don't seem to fit nicely. They feel secure, so purely aesthetic.Overall good for the price.

I have bought these before and have again as I like the frosted lens so you cannot see the individual LED's inside and they give a good spread of even light. I have now swapped all lights at home and at my Tearoom across to these they have lasted well so far, no interference issues and look better than most. I now have three spare and barring accidents do not expect to need them for a very long time...…..hope I can remember where I store them!

Have loads of these around the kitchen, utility room and in outside lights. So far none have failed (most installed for at least 16 months). Nice warm white and great brightness. Very happy with them.
