This is the best value for money kyolic aged garlic extract tablets on the market and it has genuinely reduced my resting heart rate. i read about the study on the daily mail, I'm a bit paranoid about my heart health (its fine, actually). So I've been eating these since February (3000 mg per day) and I do not of smell garlic. Ive started making my dad ear them too, these are a miracle, buy them now, you wont regret it

I like the garlic capsules, especially this strength alot. I use for blood pressure and also I have heard that aged garlic is good to counteract the effects of radiation

After extensive research into the huge benefits of kyolic aged garlic esp for heart health, I started taking these (1000mg daily) to reduce my high blood pressure as I could not take normal bp meds. They worked a treat in about 4 weeks along with drinking fresh beetroot juice and hibiscus tea daily my levels were normal again. Further research to keep my bp normal made me change my diet to include more potassium, protein and magnesium rich foods as well as berries such as chicken breast, broccoli, bananas, yogurt, blueberries, kiwis and nuts. I then upped my exercise routine and try to get more sleep in order to reap the full benefits of managing my health in a natural way.All my family have also been taking these for quite a few years now and not one of us has caught a cold or bug since which is an added benefit.Would thoroughly recommend. I've been taking these for around five months a while now and touch wood I have not been ill at all since. I read about research that had been done on aged garlic and how it was proven to help with heart health. I have used Quest products before and found their organic garlic which has been aged for 20 months and thought I'll give them a go.Even when people have had really bad coughs and colds and sinus infections in my family I've not caught them. I have taken garlic before, but never aged garlic. I don't have any after taste, or repeating or upset stomach, in fact they have helped my stomach and my bloating is a lot less. They are a normal size oval hard capsule and I find them very easy to swallow.I buy them from here as I wanted to 1000 dose, the high street only have 600.I take them at night with my other vitamins as I find I don't forget to take them this way and also I feel they may work better as absorbed over night when your body rejuvenates itself, this is just my opinion and not researched. I believe in garlic and as a quality product I back this one 100%.

This is an excellent product. Unlike most garlic tablets or oil it is very gentle on the stomach and digests in the lower intestines so no tell tale breathe. Being the full garlic and not just the oil (which mainly works on the lungs) it can be used for viral and bacteria infections. I've taken this product for years and is definitely one of the best.
