Great treadmill, Great after sales service
I purchased this treadmill specifically as I wanted a fold up unit, to minimise floor space when I am not using it. The treadmill is very easy and quick to get in to position and to fold up again. In use it feels robust with a good range of speed and incline options. After about 18 months of use I had an error message appear. I reached out to BranX fitness. After short round of fault diagnosis they determined I needed a new part sending which was dispatched to me. On receiving it I was able to fit the part myself in about 15 minutes. I am now back up and running. When I connected BranX Fitness to ask a) what is the cost, b) do you want the old item back. The reply was no cost and no need to return the faulty part. Great service, quick diagnosis, followed up by a solution. Peter from BranX did offer to get on the phone to talk me through the swap over process, but it was straight forward enough that this was not necessary. Thanks!

Great Treadmill + Exemplary Customer Service
Very impressed with this product and exemplary customer service. I purchased the treadmill and within a day received a call to arrange a suitable day for delivery the following week. Treadmill comes 95% assembled, final 5% was easy, follow the instructions and few simple screws/washers etc. and it's assembled and ready to use within 20 minutes. Treadmill looks great, good sized running platform, very sturdy and surprisingly easy to move around when assembled. Just a note that you will probably require two people to lift it out of the box.On my first use of the treadmill I did notice there was a friction sound coming from the movement of the belt on the left side. I emailed Branx and within an hour got a reply from Rachel giving me the likely cause plus a video of how to correct it and to let her know if it was successful. The belt was slightly miss aligned, but using the Allen key provided it was a simple 1/2 turn clockwise on the left side and 1/2 turn anti-clockwise on the right, let the treadmill run for a minute and hay-presto it was perfectly back in line with the sound gone.I've never used a treadmill before, after several runs I thought I could hear a knocking sound coming from the motor when I stood beside it whilst having a rest. I emailed Branx, later that afternoon I received a call from maintenance, explained what I was hearing, and he arranged a day to personally come out and check my machine plus brought a spare Treadmill with him in case there was anything wrong with mine. He gave my machine a full work over, everything was perfect, just needed a little bit of lubricant under the belt; because the machine is so quiet all I was hearing was just a bit of the motor rotating.I love this treadmill, very happy with my purchase, glad I paid that tiny bit extra, well worth it, would recommend to anyone looking.

Excellent Machine and Excellent Service
Having purchased three other treadmills in the last two years and all of them breaking, I was in the market for something able to stand up to the usage - I think this machine will. The first thing I noticed when ordering a Branx was the customer service; I actually had a telephone conversation with them to check the order was all Ok and sort out delivery.Delivery was on the date agreed and the two guys that delivered were very polite and very friendly. Cleared up all of the packaging (I had the machine put together) and didn't leave until it was exactly where we wanted it - see picture. So the customer service was fantastic, but what about the machine? First thing to note is that it looks good - the orange detailing sets it off nicely and, as you can see in the picture, it looks good in its environment. Whilst lots of buttons and modes are great to have, my biggest concern is the running deck - that is where my feet are going to land thousands of times over the coming months!! I was a little concerned when I first saw the machine because where my previous ones had two wheels and I needed to tip it to move it, this one has four (when it is folded up) and is very easy to move. It has a further two wheels on the back of the deck so that when it is down the whole machine is standing on 6 wheels (castors). I was concerned that the motion of running would cause it to drift around. I have it standing on a concrete floor on rubber matting and, surprise, it goes nowhere. In fact completely the opposite, the deck feels nice and firm with no vibration and is very, very quiet - just the slap of my slightly flat feet can be heard!!Running on this machine feels no different to some of the high end, very high priced, professional units I have used in gyms. The console is clear and easy to use but is a little lower than previous machines I have owned. I found this a bonus as I don't feel I am going to hit my hands on the handles but, not being too tall at 5ft 7in, it still means the console is slightly further away from me - why is that a benefit, well I normally wear reading glasses or contacts for short distance and the console is just far enough away that I don't need them!!! The screen is very clear and easy to read and having incline and speed controls on the handles (as well as the console) is a bonus.Any downsides - the only thing I have noticed is the lack of a pause facility. On my previous machines I have been able to pause during sessions (for interval training) but maintain the full time / distance covered. When I hit stop on the Branx all info seems to be cleared - maybe I am missing something. However, that is simply a difference in the way this works rather than a negative and, as I train down to my next 1/2 marathon in May, I look forward to using the Branx on those cold mornings or dark evenings when getting out on the road is not an option......
