I have longstanding neck and shoulder pain and I have bought about a dozen different pillows of many different designs. This pocket sprung pillow is different from the others. I feel a slight force pushing back on my neck and shoulders where all the other pillows are just compressing from the weight of my head.This makes a difference and has a supportive effect. It's not perfect, but it is different from any other pillow I have had.It's very comfortable and you cannot feel the springs. Worth a try.

I waited until I had been using this for quite some time before writing this review - I love this pillow. It is very supportive and keeps it shape no matter what I do to it. Gives great support without being uncomfortable.

So far so good. Firm but soft. You can't feel the springs at all and it seems to be very comfy. I am fussy with my pillows and this one is doing the job well. I used to have to sleep wit two pillows but now just use the one!

My physiotherapist told me to chain pillows as I have been experiencing persistent neck, shoulder and back pain for several years. Not enough to make you need to be off work, but enough to make the upper body feel uncomfortable all the time when moving and twisting and sitting.After browsing many other medium to firm options, these seemed to sound best both due to their price (£35 for 2) and their level of firmness, which is medium.Well, I have been genuinely amazed. It took a few nights to get used to sleeping on something firmer but that didn’t last long (and I keep an older, softer pillow on top).Within two days my entire neck and upper body pain was GONE.I can only imagine that I must have been contorting myself into all sorts of weird positions in my sleep to get comfortable before - and the only thing that could make me happier about this purchase is if they were free!I use them on the bed when sitting against a wall and they are really comfy there too.Bravo Silentnight. I will be faithful to you always.

It arrived with a tear in the seam. I was given a refund and allowed to keep it. I repaired the seam and it's like sleeping on a rock, I say sleeping I mean trying to sleep on a rock. It's gone in the bin now, which is the best place for it. The springs just feel like a hard block in the centre of the pillow and no matter what whey I twisted and turned it it's just extremely uncomfortable.

Tried a lot of pillow in the last couple of years. The normal pillow gone flat really quick. The memory foam are hard as shell. All I need is a soft pillow that I don't have to change every 2 months, and this is the anaswer. It springs back very well, haven been using it for a few months now and it still stays in shape. A bit pricy but consider you don't have to change pilllow that price is justifiable.

I bought 2 of these pillows and one I am pleased with the other needs to be returned and replaced as the metal springs have moved and are very uncomfortable. The one I use as a side sleeper I am pleased with and have changed from the shaped pillow that I previously used.I want to send the other one back but need a postage-paid label from the firm but can't seem to establish how to actually contact customer services to tell them that one of the pillows is faulty.Hopefully, someone will see this email and contact me?

Fantastic Pillows. I have neck and back problems and I really struggle to get comfortable. My sister has Fibromyalgia and other conditions so when she recommended these I bought them! My husband loves the support and comfort. I love, love, love these Pillows. You need to use pillow protectors as well as pillowcases because these Pillows are NOT machine washable. We have had our Pillows almost a year and they are still as comfortable as the first night. Pricey but good quality sleep has a bearing on everything, health, work, rest. A hearty recommendation from us!

Preso per sostituire un vecchi guanciale sempre a molle, questo è più alto del precedente, apparentemente più duro, ma dopo il primo impatto quello che contava era la qualità del sonno e quella c'è stata, ci si dorme bene e questo è quello che conta. Molto ben rifinito, arriva dentro una bella busta plastica protettiva. Per me un ottimo acquisto.

Je recommande cet oreiller à toute personne souffrant du dos et ne pouvant dormir que sur le dos ou le côté. Depuis quelques années j'ai acheté toutes sortes d'oreillers, mémoire de forme, avec des flocons de latex, des creux pour la nuque ... et à chaque fois j'étais déçu sauf cette fois. J'ai choisi un oreiller avec des ressorts ensachés et franchement j'ai retrouvé un bon sommeil. Plus de douleurs dans la nuque au réveil et très peu dans le dos. Je recommande un oreiller avec ressorts ensachés. Celui que j'ai choisi à un juste prix, est rectangulaire et me parait de bonne qualité. Pour l'instant je suis satisfait.
