Making a difference, already, in a month !
I occasionally wretch, when swallowing the tablet, but it ha already made a difference to me, within a month of stating the tablets. I feel I have more energy & suddenly muscles are appearing that I thought I might not create any more. I'm sleeping much more deeply too. This is after only one month !. Take plenty of water while swallowing

NOT AS GOOD AS A DROPS
THE DROPS WERE BETTER, BUT I HAD TO PURCHASE THE TABLETS AS THE ONLY OPTION . NOT A GREAT IDEA AS IT CAUSES ME SKIN IRRITATION AND SLIDE AKNE. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME THAT WELLSAD SO SAD BECOUSE i CANT GET THE DROPS VERSION .

LOW PURITY
This is a low purity product. The colour for high purity should be white/off white - this product is brown which has been identified as low quality by a scientist. I would look elsewhere and save your money

A heart healthy antioxidant with ethics
These arrived really quickly, in just a couple of days. The packaging is really pretty and functional. It’s a 150mg a day dosage so just one capsule.The capsule is a standard size so easy to swallow with water.Reservation can be difficult to absorb so it might help to take with black pepper to improve the effect.Resveratrol is a great antioxidant and helps keep the heart and blood vessels healthy. So it’s a great supplement for the summer or if you or a family member has heart issues.It’s great that this product comes with a GMO free and vegan promise and there is a donation made to an Alzheimer’s charity when you buy Focus brand products.I haven’t used the product long enough to notice any physical change but it’s comforting to know I’m topping up my anti oxidants levels (without having to drink lots of red wine!) particularly when the sun is shining.All in all I’m pleased with my purchase

Excellent product
I have been taking this product for few months now. As my travel time to/from work takes 4h and my working day is 10h, it results in a chaotic lifestyle, sometimes with lunch missed/skipped ( nurse, deh!), so I wanted to ensure that I do what I can to maintain my immune system up and so far I am very pleased with this product. Stress, chaotic lifestyle, not enough sleep can lead to a compromised immune system and I feel this product has really helped( no cold, no flu, no cough) . I wanted a clean and strong product with value for money and I chose this product . From my perspective, I definitely recommend this product.

Brighter skin in a week
Not long started taking these so unsure the full effects of these, however I do feel like my skin is brighter within just one week and can't wait to see the long term effects. The tablets are very easy to swallow with a glass of water.
