Edible Pure Gold Leaf 24k Karat 100% ct x 5 sheets

Item arrived when seller said it would and was exactly as described. However look closely at the description and measure carefully. It's a lot smaller than you think. Also be aware gold leaf is very tricky to work with and is very unforgiving.

These are OK quality however so very small, very deceiving to myself. Perhaps that was my mistake. I was however disappointed as 5 sheets will never make a thin border on a cake, probably not even a cupcake haha.

Arrived quickly and well packed, I should have checked the size these are quite small, but ideal for what I want to use them for. Just wish I could find larger size (similar to that used in Extreme Cake Making) but this size is fine to use to decorate flowers and small areas of my cakes.I recommend it oh, ideal to put on curry's to give it a special look, and you can also use this size to embellish desserts.

Little disappointed with how small the sheets are. But it looks great on my xmas lollipops.

I bought this product to complete a Christms cake design. It added that little bit of class to the cake as i draped gold leaf to accent the design. It was a little tricky to use (i watched a video on-line on how to use it). It sticks to ANYTHING with a little moisture on it, so be mindful not to touch it, use a brush for the application. Value for money, came well wrapped up. Would buy this again if needed.

Very poor. When I read 5 sheets I thought this would be better value than what I got at Morrisons which was 3 sheets for 3.50.This product may have 5 sheets but each one is about the size of a thumbnail. Absolutely tiny- you get three times as much from Morrisons and this is more expensive- don’t waste your money!! Xx

I wasn't sure about getting this when I read some of the reviews claiming it was smaller than expected, but went ahead anyway and am pleased to say that they are exactly as expected/described. I can only assume other reviewers didn't read the description before buying and just went with the cheapest gold leaf they could find, assuming it would be the same as the others. Don't let these reviews put you off, if you use it properly (ie, don't try to apply it with your fingers) it's so easy to use, and a gorgeous addition to the chocolates I was making. Obviously it might seem a bit expensive for the amount you get, but it's gold! Gold is always going to be expensive, you can't expect to get a lot of it good quality on the cheap. So yeah, go for it! If you only need a little for your project it's perfect. If you need more, just accept you're going to have to pay a higher price for it. This product is excellent, exactly as described, and absolutely nothing wrong with it.

The gold leaf is good I really wasn't expecting 3 tiny squares of it though, not a sheet as listed a very small square
