This was a replacement for the same item, which I bought some years ago. Eventually, the rubber plunger began to harden and it was time to get a new one.These work superbly and the plunger system gives you total control, and ensures that there is no splashing or wastage of the rinse solution, neither of which is possible with open cup neti pots.It's a great aid to clearing nasal congestion and a very refreshing feeling when the nasal passages have been rinsed clean.

I could not love this product any more! It is very simple yet effective.I bought it to ease sinusitis instead of sprays, after having a bunged up nose for what felt like eternity. Just mix up the salt sachet (or 1/2tsp 2.5g) into cooled boiled water (250ml ish), fill the syringe and plunge away! I have been doing two rinses on each nostril. It looks a bit unweildy but it's fine even without a mirror.Some things I learnt: Do not use cold water. I repeat, NOT cold. Tie your hair back. Tilt your head forward so the water comes out the other nostril and not into your mouth, it's very, very salty. Put a pile of tissues out BEFORE your hands get wet. Carry a towel with you for a good hour afterwards! You may be shoving that water into your nose and thinking "I can't feel it coming back out". Don't be fooled. It's lurking and a tissue will not cut it when it reappears! It may even happen when you are asleep. That was pretty in the morning!The product has helped unblock my nose no end, it wasn't as swollen and I can actually breathe properly through it. Buy it!

Easy to use and value for money. Instructions clear and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs to help ease congestion.

My doctor wanted me to use sterimar nasal rinse but it got too expensive so I bought this as an alternative, it feels like this clears out my sinuses much more effectively and I have way more control over the speed of the rinse, I used two syringes full of solution per nostril, my only negative is cleaning and drying out the syringe and attachment is a bit of a nightmare but I clean it in hot water before and after I use it.

Item incomplete, Swirl Stream Tip missing. tried to request missing part & told item not eligible for return, so had to order another, hopefully this one will be complete.

This item arrived today and I couldn't wait to use it. I was a bit doubtful at first as I had tried another type of irrigation in the past where it felt like water filling your nasal passages when swimming. This device wasn't like that. I could breath and did not feel that suffocating feeling whilst using it. It is comfortable to use and straight forward. At last I could breath properly after 20years of a stuffy left nostril. I had abused nasal sprays for years and was warned off them by my GP. I wake up every night struggling to breath and have to use my mouth to breath and waking up with a dry throat. I used the irrigator 5 hours ago and I can still breath. I highly recommend this product its only around 8pounds and it is safe. Unlike continual use of nasal sprays. I will use at night as well to see if I sleep through. Delivery was quick.

I've bought two off these over the years and this model seems identical to my old one. Unfortunately I like many others suffer horribly from allergies. I often get the feeling like their are tiny ants crawling around under my face, constantly sneezing and just feeling like ship. Although I wouldn't say this is a cure along with other products it certainly helps a lot. It's nice to get that relief when everything is clear even though it won't last for long as pollen and dust are everywhere and it'll start to build again. Helps the most just before bed and makes it a lot easier to breath easier and drop off.

Can never be sure with these kinds of items from randomly named brands. Will it fall apart in my hand, will it work well or will it just about do its job if not in a really delicate and fiddly way...This one works well.

I like that you can add a little pressure to really get everything out without it hurting. The traditional style works good but with a syringe I found it quicker so you’re uncomfortable for less time. Perfect for clearing a toddler nose quickly.
