If you want a multi screw driver which allows you to unscrew/screw most electronic devices then this is the product you want.it has torx which all phones now use. it has a variety of sizes of each screw bit which means most size screws are removable. there are other bit types like the usual cross head and slot attachment with a few others which are less used.The screw driver is magnetic which makes it easy to pick up screws and place tiny screws into there holes. The magnetic field is not strong enough to pick up anything too heavy (heavier than a screw) and the field shouldn't affect your electronic devices but I wouldnt purposely wave it across PCBs, screens or ICs.the handle is comfortable enough to use for a long time and it gives you enough torque to tighten up the screws. The case is a very nice case which keeps everything safe and secure. the bits are held in removable rubber lines which you push the bit in and out of. this is a bit fiddly but it ensures the bits stay safe when using them.I have used this kit to open countless phones from blackberries to HTC and from samsungs to nokias. pretty much every phone accept iphone because they try to stop you opening their devices and all my friends take them back to the shop or live with problem. I have used the usual bits to open my laptop, remotes and loads of other commonly found technology cases

I bought this in July 2009 according to Amazon. At the time I thought it was okay for light, occasional use. The bits are quite soft. After a while the magnet which holds the bits fell out. I managed to glue it back without messing up the handle with epoxy resin, but I think that some luck was involved here. The other day I went to use it for the first time in maybe a year only to find that the handle had "dissolved" for want of a better description. There was a strong smell of petrochemicals about it which could not have come from anywhere else. It's gone into the bin to do god knows what to the environment.

I needed to open up an old hard drive for a project I was working on and this fit the bill for low price but good quality.This kit is great for light use on things like consumer electronics. Sure the driver and bits are not really designed for heavy duty work, but if you just want a large selection of bits to disassemble something like a laptop then these are fine.The small Torx bits in this set have really come in handy!Overall I would recommend this set for light use and projects that require some of the smaller types of screw bits.

I really like this set. It is worth the money you pay.The metal is a little too soft, I would say, but again, it is what I would expect for the price.The variety of heads is very solid and useful.I also very like the fact that the handle has a magnet inside so It holds the screws slightly once you touch them.

For a selection of various tools it's not bad, but it's definitely lacking in quality. If you're looking to use any of the smaller sized tools, I'd advise you to look for another precision toolset, which can still be picked up quite cheaply. I was hoping to use one on the smaller torx tools (T5) for replacing the LCD display on an old mobile phone, but these tools just aren't made with a fine enough finish and so all the parts are quite 'rounded and bulky'. Some of the larger parts would probably work ok, but if you're looking at using any of the finer parts, I'd advise to look for something else. I've still got this set, but it so far remains unused - having had to buy alternative tools.

Got a couple of uses out of it before the handle detached itself from the shaft, spinning uselessly when trying to use it. Looking at the other reviews some people have had the same problem, so it's a pretty bad design fault. I would suggest spending a bit more to get a higher quality product.

This is a very handy little set of screwdriver heads and a female handle. Great for taking one's dead Xbox Elite apart to try to fix it!! You get thirty heads: about six of star bits, philips, etc. These are not heavy duty tools but for the range and reasonable quality of them they are great value.
