Jason Dandruff Relief 2 in 1 Shampoo & Conditioner 355ml

This is the single most important shampoo discovery of my whole life.I have suffered with an itchy, flaky, red and sore, horrible scalp since I was a teenager. I went through the whole ordeal of tar based shampoos that did nothing for me except make my head smell really bad. Eventually I discovered sulphate free shampoos as a way of helping out my poor scalp, as well as my dry hair. The problem with many of the ones I tried initially though was that they didn't make my scalp worse like other shampoos (e.g. the dreaded Head and Shoulders) but they didn't make it any better either, or they didn't actually do anything for my hair.This shampoo by Jason is the only shampoo that has ever helped both my scalp and my hair. The 2 in 1 conditioner is perfect for me because my hair tends to get a little frizzy, so though not enough conditioner for me alone it still helps! It soothes my scalp and hurray, smells nice!The times that I really notice how much I need this shampoo is after getting my hair cut at a salon and they use any old, regular, sulphate infested shampoo. My head is itching on the way home and is sore and flaky by the following day.My boyfriend doesn't have any issues with his scalp but now won't use any other shampoo purely because this stuff is so good for his hair. I recommended it to a friend who has thick, heavy hair and dandruff, and she now swears by it. Her hair gets greasy so it's good to see it works for people with oily hair as well as dry like mine.I will never purchase another shampoo ever again so long as they keep making it. I was at the end of my tether with horrible thick, itchy dandruff that bled if I accidentally scratched it. Huge chunks of skin in my long curly hair- you get the idea, it was bad.I've always preferred a natural shampoo so I was really happy to come across this.After the first few washes my hair got greasy a little quicker and I had to do an extra wash per week, but now my head is used to it I'm back to 2 washes a week.I have thick dry frizzy hair and doubted that a 2-in-1 product would provide sufficient conditioning but I'm actually really happy with it. It's saved me a lot of time conditioning!As for the anti-dandruff powers of this shampoo, I've never had dandruff before so I don't know how long these shampoos take to work usually. I have used about 1/4 of the bottle and my scalp is no longer itchy or bleeding. Still a few smaller flakes if I scratch my scalp at all but nothing like how it was before!I'm happy with this product, and will definitely continue using it.

After ordering this product multiple times over the last few years I had a nasty surprise this time. Small, hard kernel like pieces all inside the shampoo, even after shaking it and the worst part - it didn't desolve during the wash and I had all these hard bits on my hair afterwards. So disappointed! Was advised by amazon customer service not to use and discard as it could be damaging to my health!

Love this shampoo. I've spent ages looking for a vegan dandruff shampoo. This is great, it's a conditioner too which I love. Just the right amount of conditioning, not too much that would make my hair too soft. Seems to suit my whitening red hair. Thank you

I have to tell you something, I invested a lot of money for shampoos, Wella, Londa, Silky, ArtNaturals, a few more, very expensive and i still had dandruff, never end, surprisingly i found this brand, i said, ok, i’l try it this one as well and look at this, after first using, no dandruff as before, second using less and I used for the third time and almost gone. I can’t believe that. I’m 26 years old and in all my life i had dandruff, now in finally looks has it gone. The hair itself seems to be stronger and more healthy. I will comeback after one month with un update. Thank you Jason.

Revised review: Previously this shampoo was great. However, they've changed their formula (or ingredients?), and now it is not nearly as nice. Now it's impossible to lather, and it is a bit irritating to my scalp. I loved it before, but now I'm searching for a replacement shampoo. Bring back the old formula!I've tried just about every natural SLS-free shampoo under the sun, and this was the stuff that got my scalp back to health. I don't love SLS-free shampoos in that my hair doesn't seem to stay clean as long, and needs more washing, but glad to trade that for a healthy scalp. No itches, ever. I'd tried balms and shampoos and home-made solutions, with continuing frustration, but this stuff was magic. Love it. Wouldn't want to go without it. I don't even have to use it every wash, every second or third is fine.

I have had the shampoo only formula which worked so well but this combined shampoo and condition doesn’t do any of these 2 functions well - it doesn’t get rid of the scales as well as the shampoo does and it doesn’t condition. The reason fro that is because it doesn’t have coal tar. Without it’s just a normal shampoo marketed at those with dandruff. The only positive I can think of is that it doesn’t aggravate the existing scalp condition but doesn’t treat it either .

I only use cruelty free products and when I found out about jason I decided to give it a try. I believe I made a mistake by buying this shampoo, because I have an oily scalp and dry ends so it didn't work for me. Now, because I've made a mistake I believe the brand is actually good quality. I just need to buy a shampoo from the brand for my type of hair.
