I bought this for a friend who's Golden Retriever has been getting progressively less mobile over the last couple of years with arthritis in his left front elbow joint.. He is on medication from the vet but there was little improvement with this. The Vet wanted him to continue with gentle exercise but this was getting more difficult and he was also getting grumpy and had difficulty getting up from his bed. I knew of another dog who had allegedly been helped by a Bioflow collar, so we decided to give it a go. I have to admit I did not expect to see any improvement.There were no visible positive effects at all up to about six weeks of constant use but my friend stayed with it and at around two months there seemed to be a marked improvement, both is his lameness and temperament. Now, after four months, he barely limps and he is back to being his happy waggy tailed self. Nothing else has changed to cause these positive effects and he is still on his medication but even his Vet was impressed.I have to conclude that this collar works, although I have no idea how. I would therefore recommend it. It is definitely worth a go but it needs to be given a fair trial of at least two months of constant use.

I bought this for our 3yr old springer with bilateral hip dysplasia. I was very sceptical, but willing to try anything to help her.Within 3 or 4 days the clunking sounds from her hips had almost disappeared completely. She seemed generally more mobile and able to jump straight up onto her feet after lying down for any length of time. I still wasn’t 100% convinced, but the collar was taken off to go for a walk and I forgot to put it back on again for about 24hrs. I only remembered about it when her hips started clicking again and she started lying down during her walk. Of course, it could be coincidence.. but so far, nothing else has been as effective.The only downsides are that it can’t be used as a normal collar, so has to be taken off for walks, and it’s made of really rough webbing and not the most attractive looking either.

My elderly lady lab was getting stiff and slow sitting down and getting back up again on her back legs, then for the last few weeks she use to go to get up on the couch/ bed and just turn around knowing she couldn't, this was braking my heart cos she loves the couch, I was recommended this by a doggie neighbour, the 1st day with it on my other half she she was a lot more lively, I was a bit sceptical but the second day with this on she walked straight over to me on the couch and just got up on it ( I'm still in shock ) if it was too work I thought it would take a few weeks but this happened on the 2nd day, so happy with this :) can't see collar in photo but it on her and not coming off LOL

Cannot believe the dogs limp as disappeared

The collar is well made and we had to adjust it quite a bit to fit our Border Collie but the smaller size would have been a bit too small. Not sure if it has helped our dog much as she is having real problems with her hips - mainly getting up and down. Any stiffness she had in her front legs has gone but she is also getting supplements which I think is what has helped? We have now exhausted all alternative remedies (acupuncture, supplements etc) to see if it will help our dog's condition but have seen no significant improvement. We are now going to have to go down the medical route. Definitely worth a try as it does work for some dogs.

Did not hold out huge amount of hope ..seemed big hippydippy.but,over the moon to say .has made difference to both our 11 year olds.both rescue..one lurcher,one lab cross.they both also get Healthspan glucosamine for dogs..and I massage them.Thank you to other reviewers.

Brought this a month ago straight away noticed a positive difference in my dog, but today I was giving her a fuss an noticed her collar wouldn’t move.. somehow the magnet had fused itself to my dogs fur I had to gently cut away at her fur as the collar was stuck so close to her skin I’m very saddened by this as the collar was working

My friend in the UK told me about this collar that she had for her older dog. I was very skeptical, I have a 10-year-old Vizsla that was having some back end issues and wasn't able to walk she was on three different medications. I bought the collar, put it on and within two days she was 80% better than she was, so I thought to myself it has to be the medication I have weaned her off all of her medication she's been off for almost 2 weeks now and is still going strong I am never taking this collar off!!!!!

ich habe dieses Halsband für meinen Hund bestellt, der Probleme mit seinen Gelenken hat. Er trug dieses Band nun seit über 4 Wochen,aber es hat sich keine Besserung ergeben.ausserdem ist es für einen kleinen hund viel zu mächtig(chihuahua)
