It's great. But be prepared to work quickly.
This glue gun comes in a striking bright green case, made from a type of nylon fabric, which has a black plastic lining. The edges of the case are bound with black nylon tape, and there is a small fabric tab on the outside bearing the company’s logo. The nylon zip fastener has the widest tape I have ever seen on a zip, and the zip has a pull at each end, which allows the open case to lie flat for easy access. There is also a sturdy, tape, carrying handle at the top of the ‘spine’.Inside, the right side of the case has three pouch pockets (elasticated at the top edge) - one large, and two smaller - in which were most of the 40 glue sticks. Some had ‘escaped’ from the pockets, and were loose in the case. Ideally I would have liked the glue sticks to be in a small tin, box, or poly bag, to keep them together and stop them rolling around inside, and falling out when the case is opened…. but I’m sure I’ll be able to find something to keep them in. The inside left of the case has five stitched-in pieces of elastic - one divided into 3, and one into two (a total of 8 bands) - to hold small bits and pieces/tools in place. The gun was securely held in one of these elastic bands, and the plug in another.I’d always imagined a glue gun to be heavy, and much bigger than this one. Maybe they do come in different sizes, but this gun is perfect for me. It’s comfortable in my hand, and its small nozzle means that not too much glue comes out at once. The gun has a swivel cable (described as a twisting cable support), and incorporates a little stand to rest its hot tip on. But the best thing of all, is that it’s so simple to use. For quite a long time I’ve had at least three jobs needing some sort of glueing, but I haven’t had the enthusiasm to do them, until now. When I put the first glue stick in, it stuck out of the end by about 2cms, but once I pulled the trigger it disappeared (dropping about 2cms within). My first job was to fix a small pine cupboard door, which fell into five pieces every time I went near it. I’ve been intending to do this with wood glue for the past year! The second job was to reattach a piece of moulding between the ceramic wall tiles and the pine panelled ceiling of my bathroom. It was put there using a glue gun, but I didn’t have one to fix it with. And the third job is to re-fix some tiles that have fallen off the pipe boxing on the bathroom floor. I was going to do this with dollops of tile cement (as the bathroom fitter did) before grouting them, but I think this gun will do a stronger, longer lasting, job. This glue gun was great for those jobs. I didn’t do as good a job as I should have done on the cupboard door, but I didn’t know how much glue to use - and I didn’t realise how quickly the glue sets. At first I tried to apply it the full length of the first edge, but I found it better to do it in small, close, blobs. Unfortunately the bottom edge stuck before I’d got it on properly, and I chipped the wood trying to hammer it off! It wouldn’t budge though. I’m not bothered, because the door closes OK, and no longer falls apart. YAY!! I thought the gun would be messy to use, and that the glue would ooze out and stick everywhere. But it’s brilliant, and there’s no cleaning to be done after use. The glue that remains in the nozzle hardens, and then heats up ready for use the next time the gun is switched on, and any surplus glue on the glued object just flicks off with my nails. The glue comes out clear, but very quickly dries to an opaque white, the same as the stick - but hard. I’m now looking for more glueing jobs!

Get crafty
Mini Hot Glue Gun - I like doing litte craft projects and bits of maintenance around the house so it made sense for me to get a glue gun, PVA glue just wasn’t strong enough. The Glue gun come in a bright neon yellow canvas zip case. It has 2 sturdy textile handles that is great for hanging in the cupboard. Inside the case is a section to put the gun and enough room for the power lead and on the other side of the case there are sewn in straps/pockets for the glue sticks. The pocket for the glue sticks is very loose though and the glue sticks fall out of the case whenever i open the case. The glue gun itself is great, it heats up quickly and the glue comes out in a nice steady flow. There is a metal bar fixed to the gun that is used as a stand for when its not in use or being left to cool.❤️I hope my review is helpful in any way. Thank you.❤️

Easy to craft
A great hot melt glue set its here. You receive the small hot glue melt gun with 40 pieces of glue sticks and a fabulous carry on bag. Besides this you get an users manual sheet to help you with your new item. To start with, the hot melt glue gun is small and made out of standard plastic material. Nothing special about the gun. You just need to plug the gun into the wall socket, turn the ON button on and the machine starts warming up ready to melt the glue sticks. The hot melt glue gun comes with a thin metal stopper that can be use to lock the machine and at the same time to use as stand when using the machine. To be honest the machine doesn't look super sturdy but for what you pay is expected. Besides de machine gun you will receive 40 glue sticks that are of your average size and gives you a clear silicone finishing when the glue is dried. The only thing that can make this set different from your average small price hot melt silicone gun is the fact that comes with a very nice carry on bag. The carry on bag as you can see from the images is big enough to fit not only the hot melt glue gun and the glue sticks but also to fit other tools or supplies you might need when using this machine in your crafts. For the price you get is worth getting this set because you will receive a good amount of sticks to start with your crafts and thanks to the carry on bag you can tidy up and place everything together. Overall good set. I have use it to make basic craft at home and it worked perfectly. I haven't found any issues so far.

Great Product For Home Crafters
Always wanted one, didn't realise they were so easy to use and different sized nozzles are great. Doesn't always take up new glue stick so you sometimes have to push it forward several times by hand. Very light, would recommend you straighten out cable completely before plugging in as kinks tend to pull the glue gun over. Make sure you give it at least 5 mins to heat up as even though it will flow sooner it will set too quickly and not spread and it will be lumpy. Try not to get it on your fingers as it is VERY hot and will burn, I have baby wipes handy to cool and clean fingers! Used several glue sticks already making small Xmas gifts for the Hospital fair. Love it. Highly recommended

Good enough, for a starter.
I must not have looked at the size on the description. It's small but seems to do the job. The sticks go really quick. I did 3 small Halloween candles dripping wax effect and used about 6-7 sticks. Can't imagine the 20 or so sticks that came with it will last long and the main body of the gun gets quite hot. So be careful!!!***UPDATE***I've had a chance to use this quite a bit now. The gun constantly falls over, which is an issue given how hot the body of the gun gets. The sticks go in so far and then won't move any further as the trigger mechanism can't push the glue stick in. So you have to push another stick into the end and manually push it until there's enough of it inside to allow the trigger to take hold and move it without having to push with your finger. Still seems adequate enough but has some flaws. I can see myself upgrading in the future, but as a starter kit it'll do.
