Great and extra safe for all levels but especially beginners.
Very easy to assemble.Perfect for working with beginners and gives you extra time with the height as its cuts time of putting on and taking off bumper plates.This design makes it safer for your back especially with Bumper plates.

Superb piece of kit
This arrived very quickly, was a doddle to put together and is superb quality - a great addition to the gym. Considering it was the cheapest Shrug Bar on Amazon it is of great quality - very, very sturdy and does promote a better exercise. Highly recommended.

Good Choice......
Really pleased with the standard and make up of this Hex Bar. Its very sturdy and the bar itself has little weight in it. Great choice for training my ladies.

Sturdy and substantial
A must if you are serious about lifting. Deadlifts are the heaviest of lifts, so technique with a straight bar is essential to prevent injury. This helps eliminate that problem. Can be used for a variety of lifts. Great for rows

Great bit of kit
Awesome product, very sturdy my only gripe and it is a little one was that it wasnt until i unpacked it that i realised there wasnt any "spanners" included to assemble, no big isue though, again great product.

An essential piece of kit for the serious home gym.
Costing less than some gym goers spend on fancy but useless trainers, serious lifters will have one of these in their home gym. Some people dislike the stand, but I find it easier for playing up and once you out a 20kg plate on, the difference is negligible. I like training thick handled bars, so I slipped some Beast grips on, but with it without, this kit is important for people that train for strength over how good their clothes look in the gym mirror.

Only thing is they advised it to take 300 kg but it bent with 240 kg on but still use able
