Exceptionally well made, beautiful to look at (with a steampunk vibe) quiet and powerful. I'm a fan (cringe...)
I wouldn't ordinarily describe a fan as a thing of beauty unless it was an ancient Japanese thing with intricate decoration. However, I will make an exception for the Honeyall device; it's a real beaut. It has a steampunk kind of a vibe about it, with the copper finish and the metal construction. It's not the biggest fan in the world, but then if you are buying a desktop device I'm guessing you weren't expecting a monster. The blades measure about 9.25cm across (or just a tad over 3.5" in old money) and the desktop footprint is 12.5cm (5") by 9cm (3.5") for the record. Height-wise, if you wanted to squeeze it under a shelf or something, is 15cm (6") if you have it perfectly vertical. Oh yes, the fan doesn't do the move from side-to-side thing when spinning, but it does rotate on the stand axis so can be pointed straight up or pretty much any angle you like within reason.Power-wise, it suck juice from a bog-standard USB socket so could feasibly be run from a laptop. However, with a consumption of 2.5+/-0.25W I wouldn't recommend doing that for too long. I've got mine in a desktop electrical socket extension that also has a bunch of USB charging sockets, as most seem to these days. The 5V machine is a little beast, and produces some seriously acceptable cooling within the parameters of it being a small desktop unit. Oh, and there's an on-off switch on the back as well which is nice. As is the metre of USB power cable that comes attached, more than some others which have a measly half a metre if you are lucky.I'm not sure where the people who have complained about noise are coming from, unless they either have very delicate hearing or a faulty unit. Despite the fan being an all metal construction, and unlike some very similar products, it's very quiet indeed courtesy (I suspect) of the addition of some rubber bungs threaded onto the stand. These dampen much of the vibration even on a wooden desktop, if it's still too noisy then sit it on a mousemat or something. Trying to be objective about this, I measured the noise of the fan from a distance of 30cm (12") using a software dB meter on a Samsung S8+ smartphone. It recorded at 30dB, which put into context by the app I was using is equivalent to rustling leaves, and quieter than a quiet library.Overall then, a very happy purchaser at £10.99 including next day delivery on Prime. It feels like it is built to last, unlike many of the plastic (but less than fantastic) desktop fans I've had in the past. On looks, value and performance I'd rate it a must buy.

Small, sleek, whisper quiet with a really good breeze
This little fan has completely blown me away (excuse the pun!).This is only a 4" fan, so it's small, and comes with a one meter USB connection (not a plug). It's evidently intended as a 'personal use' fan for a desk or a bedside. The USB connection can still be used away from the PC or laptop by means of a USB plug adapter or through a USB charger hub, or you may have USB wall sockets like me.The recent heatwave had us all melting. About a week before I bought this fan, I bought a white plastic 6" fan through Amazon for my daughters bedside table. I then bought this little metal fan for my lounge to just keep a little breeze around me. This smaller fan far out performs the larger plastic fan I bought, and is much higher quality as well. It's sleek and looks great in an area where plastic would stick out like a sore thumb. When in operation it's whisper quiet to the point that I've repeatedly forgotten to turn it off when I've gone to bed. For being so small, it's really pretty powerful and creates way more breeze than my daughters 6" plastic fan!Really impressed by the overall build quality, and the fact it's been left running 16 hours a day (longer when I forgot to switch it off!) says an awful lot about it.The steampunk styled metal design is just lovely too, and it slots into my lounge decor without standing out at all, which makes it pretty perfect.

Great value for money
It looks really good in the chrome/copper colour. I have used it every night without fail and often during the day too for almost a month and a half now and I'm only just starting to hear a little rattle on the fan, i've been really pleased with it's function and it provides a really nice strong breeze over you when, nice and quiet when on as well.Definitely pleased with this purchased.

Perfect windowsill fan!
I have a big wall fan, but in the evenings I want to bring the cool air in, not blow it back out the window! This fan is great for sitting on the windowsill and pulling the coolness through to my chair. Its a good weight of metal, so doesnt fall off in a small gust like the plastic one I used to have, and the antiqued bronze colour looks great our white sills against wooden frames. Its not the quietest fan in the world, but I can ahppily hear every over it, and this heat its well worth the pay off. I wish the lead was just a little bit longer, but I have a USB extension lead anyway, so not a deal breaker for me. Of course if you’re running it off of a laptop, then that wont matter. All in all very good value, effective little fan that punches well above its size.

Very Nice product and excellent customer service
This is a reasonably capable 4 inch fan.As you long as you accept that this is never going to compete with the big 7+ inch fans, it is okay for use as a USB fan sitting next to your computer or usb port.It is of metal design, which makes the fan itself rather more potent at pushing air than the plastic equivalent version of the same size. You should certainly feel air from within 3 feet of this fan. However, if the temperature is in the 30+ degrees, a much bigger fan will be required to have any effect. As long as one recognizes the limited specification for air movement with this product, it is fine for the purpose intended. On another note, the first unit that was delivered was faulty and did not work - I believe this unit was shipped from China. The packaging was non existent, and the unit may well have been damaged in transit.Sent a mail to the retailer, who responded very quickly, within 24 hours. They immediately shipped another unit from their UK warehouse ( so they told me any way) , which arrived within 3 days.Given the excellent customer from the retailer, this warrants 5 stars, otherwise the first unit would have been sent to the recycling plant ( and warranted 0 stars !)
