Compeed Callus Medium Plasters 6 Pack

Compeed plasters are brilliant. I've had a few over the years, different sizes, shapes, on different parts of my feet. Excellent for blisters on the heal, I wore my new wellies without socks when dog walking, a mistake, lots of blood & raw skin on both heals. A large Compeed on both for a few days stopped the pain & discomfort immediately and gave the skins time to heal. They stay on for approx four days or so, even when the edges start to peel slightly they are still secure. They stay on in the shower no problem. I also had a corn under my foot (new shoes, supposedly the most comfortable on the planet, not), couldn't get podiatrist appointment for four weeks, very painful, difficulty walking, a Compeed changed every few days stopped the pain & allowed me to carry on as though the corn was not there. They do not remove the corns, they do stop the pain & cushion the area.Pricy but worth it.

Cheaper than high street stores but exactly the same quality.I 'm in chlorinated water a lot and so sometimes lose a little adhesive quality too quickly, but simple to apply and stay in place under normal circumstances and have just enough "lift" for comfort.Reliable and suited to purpose.Recommended.

Relief wasn't instantaneous but within 24 hours.

I have suffered for years with corns and callused skin under my feet due to excessive walking as i have rescue dogs and wide feet. During lockdown the podiatrist has obviously not been available and I suffered for nearly a month unable to walk properly which was causing all sorts of skeletal problems as I was out of balance. I found these and not overly impressed with reviews I had read I thought for the low cost i would try them. From the first seconds I applied them my life has been pain free - and so comfortable. I can even walk around on hard floors which I've I have been unable to do for years. The patches last over a week on my and I have to admit to pulling them off myself because I was impatient to see what was happening to the nasty corns. I have been plaster free for a week now and just applied second patches today as I like how the corns are shrinking away and cause no pain at all. I've just re-ordered on subscribe and save so that I never run out. I can't say enough about these patches- they literally have changed my life and I'm hoping no more podiatry bills for a long time!!

Helps remove hard callous

They are simple hydrocolloid, they do nothing to remove the callous, but they do stop it hurting and each one lasts quite a few days so not pointless.

These plasters really do work. I was experiencing a hard and painful callus on the ball of my foot, especially after doing railway line patrol work where walking on ballast exaggerated the problem. After using these for a few weeks the problem disappeared completely. The plasters can be left in place for several days and are generally 'shower proof'. I now keep some to use if required. A bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Ideal if you have a callus and keeps the skin underneath soft. They adhere well even in the shower but i find after 3 or 4 days they start lifting around the edge and stick to your shoe or sock which is annoying. I still recommend though they save a lot of discomfort on nights out.
