YIGO Polish Wax Foam Sponge Applicator Pads, White

OK, they were incredibly cheap so I wasn't expecting much, but they really aren't appropriate for use on your paintwork.I tested them on a clean CD to see if they would mark it.Pad was removed from the packaging, spritzed with a diluted solution of Optimum No Rinse to lubricate the pad and lightly rubbed on the shiny side of the CD. Pressure applied was no more than I would use during waxing. I repeated this on three sections of the CD and two had signs of straight line scratches which weren't there prior to the test. Too risky for paintwork.On the plus side they were so cheap as to be two star worthy simply for tyre gel application. Which is what I'll use them for and then dispose.

These are superb for car glass cleaning and are perfect for applying tyre dressing when giving you car a thorough clean and detail. They are fine for polish and wax too, though I tend to use them more on wheels as I do prefer to use a softer microfibre covered pad on paintwork, especially for more specialist vehicles with delicate paint.Then again, if these pads were softer they wouldn't be much good for use on the tyres or perhaps with the glass polish.At this price they are unbeatable, and disposable - which is why I buy them in multiple packs at a time.Delivery may take around ten days but that's no problem when you plan ahead.A product to always have in your cleaning stash and totally recommended.

As many other reviewers have mentioned, these are not the best quality, but they are the best value !!I use them for applying car detailing products like cleaners, sealants, and wax. They allow you to get into the hard to reach places which a machine polisher finds difficult. I find that using one with the same product means that I can get at least 6 uses (and usually more) from each pad, before the pad is saturated with the product and has lost it's spongey feel. I have tried washing them but found that some detailing products can render the pad useless after the wash. On average, I find that I can wash and then get around half to be reused with some degree of spongeyness.Even the ones I only get a few uses from before I throw them away, means that each use is costing less than 2p !!Would highly recommend these pads for all car detailing fans.

These are great little pads.In the past I have had the larger pads and throw them out after each use, as I cannot get them clean.These are ideal and they are smaller and so the polish (or what ever you are using) does not have to permeate the whole pad and so you waste more. As these are smaller you do not need to use to much polish.As they are smaller they are easier for detailing workTakes a few days to arrive, but was not in a hurry. Will def be buying more of these.Hope this helps with your choice

Slightly smaller than the usual foam pads I use but no less quality, you can really go wrong in buying a foam applicator, cheap or expensive it is still just a bit of sponge.Absolute bargain for these, delivery was within time but does take a while coming from China. For the price though its an absolute steal, similar pads that are only slightly bigger are £1 each... These are around £3-4 including p&p for 12! seem durable as well so one should last quite a few months! can't argue with this at all!

Unimpressed with these, guess you get what you pay for . Very thin, not good quality and fairly rough feeling.Wont be buying again or using on any car paint - I've kept them to apply sealant to my wheels only.Spend a little more and buy a decent product.

Bought these as the price on dedicated car cleaning websites for the same volume was extortionate!I've used them many times on my car for many different uses, applying tyre gel to the wheels, applying sealant or wax and applying products to the inside of the car.Very versatile, good product that won't scratch or marr your paint. Well packaged and very fast delivery - although these will last me a long time I'll definitely be ordering again when I need them!

I use these whilst cleaning cars, please note i would not use them for applying wax or polish on the paint work etc as they are a bit too firm for that job. They are ideal for applying sealent to windows and black tyre dressing. Because they are cheap and come in a bulk packet you can use them once and throw them away.I wouldn't use any other foam applicator for applying the above mentioned.These are a bargain!
