AKORD 5 x Sets of 3 Tier Cake Stands, Silver Metal (Plates Not Included)

The success of these depends on your plate drilling. We made 3 x 2 tier ones - do assemble as you go, so you can learn along the way. Our first is a bit wonky - one plate hole is slightly off-centre and the drill bit can't have been completely straight. However, the screws themselves feel pretty secure.Our results are as satisfying as the 3 tier stand I bought at Dunelm, so definitely worth a try.Once filled with cake I did tend to keep my hand underneath, but more about my anxiety than any wobble.

This product was easy to assemble, but was slightly flimsy. Could have done with a little more thread on the centre part of the stand. The first and third section was fine, it's just the central part that is a bit flimsy. Overall though a good product and can't complain for the cost. A good, easy to use basic product.

Took weeks to arrive,but suitable for my needs and very pleased.

Just what I wanted (well, what was needed at the church hall, actually) . . . dispatched swiftly, in the UK (so no delay in travelling halfway around the globe - though they may well have made that journey previously) . . . certainly 'value for money', as far as I'm concerned - thank you !

Really well made and quite beautiful. Just haven't used them yet.

The metal is a very cheap alloy, I am only using the stand for personal use, it certainly isn't up to the rigours of commercial use. I used it with thick ceramic plates so have not experienced the "wobble" other reviewers describe, however due to the weak nature of the alloy, i only trusted it to make a two tier stand.As a footnote I also got caught out by the misleading picture, and the poor description. I see now that the image has been updated to include the message plates not included, clearly I was not the only one to have been deceived by the image.

These aren't the sturdiest of things but for the price they work really well. I had no problems using them for a cake stand made out of a small dinner plate, a side plate and a saucer.

Value for money

Made my own cake stands with these. It was very easy to strip the screw part when tightening them down so be careful and if you have heavy plates spend the extra for heavy duty ones. I was able to make them work but next time I will spend the extra money.

Arnaque, photo non conforme, pas de précision et aucun geste commercial. Que faire avec juste les tiges? Bonjour pour trouver les plateaux percés au centre! Donc achat inutile qui a fini à la poubelle. Pas de précision qu'on ne reçoit pas ce qu'il y a en photo

Attention la photo ci dessus ne correspond pas du tout au produit vendu. Il n'y a que les 5 tiges sans les assiettes. Obligé de faire du bricolage pour avoir un vrai présentoir. On a percé des assiettes en plastiques ...
