It doesn't work on T2 Diabetes
I'm a Diabetic, type 2. I take Metformin twice a day and now that's not enough. I was recently tried on Trulicy that made me extremely unwell - then I heard about Berberine and Banaba Leaf, so I was intrigued to try this. I bought the Blood Sugar Support liquid they recommend to go with it.I took it alongside my Metformin.Didn't work at all. I was taking 3 x Glyco-X 400 tablets a day and half a cap of the Blood Sugar Support. This is the recommended doses of Berberine and Banaba leaf. All I wound up getting was a lot more trips to the toilet urgently to empty my bowels.Very disappointed.

Easily absorbed daily doses of manganese and zinc (necessary for anyone with candida issues and the concurrent impacted immune system) as well as chromium to help control blood sugar levels. Makes me feel a lot better when i take it regularly; I soon notice when I've been omitting to take it.

I was reccomended to buy this to take alongside Glycox. It was reasonable price for 120 day supply and arrived on time. However I have not been taking it for long enougn to know whether it has an effect or not.

Helping with candida and PCOS
Does not taste/smell great but effective. After a few weeks already no sugar cravings and decreased carb craving. Helps while treating candida overgrowth and also with my PCOS (more regular and less painful menses).
