Remember most reviews are personalized. Everyone has different hair types and build up and so forth.Note: I took a cool/cold shower. I was in desperate need of a GOOD CLEANSE. I had months of build up with products that didn’t work. I think I have one-A/B type hair??First I used the scrub. I spent minutes scrubbing in.. making sure to get everything into my scalp. Scrubbed my hair like crazy To get out. (I recommend if you can change the water to jet spray where it’s more centered and rougher!) Then used shampoo on roots. Then conditioner from roots to ends. (Again I needed an absolute deep clean) then shampoo again mostly on roots so it isn’t oily.Have only found a couple of beads in my hair. hair did feel a little dryer than usual but it helped assure me I got a good cleansing at long last. The second day my hair feels softer and not as dry as it did after I cleaned it.Side note: I naturally suffer with oily hair and scalp and clumps of hair loss. With this routine I naturally lost ALOT of hair due to the vigorous scrubbing. I also don’t smell much of anything on my hair but I got their other product that’s minty. I’ll probably keep this scrub routine to every other week and make the mint one my wash for scent 2/3 times a week. I have yet to use the mint one yet and I’m looking forward to it.

Ok so I've used NYM products for over a year and this is my first time buying on Amazon bc I've never seen this scent in stores. I'm used to their normal plastic bottles, so when I opened the package, I was wildly surprised to see a squeezable bottle!I can't explain how happy it makes me bc I ****hate**** having to pump and then tap the bottle and pump again to get the last bit, and then having to take the pump out and try to get in on my hands for the last last bit lol. I literally started buying the squeezy Daisy sour cream to avoid having to use a utensil (just ADHD things lol). While I haven't had any pump issues with their products for over six months, this makes pump defects a non-issue! They must've had a bad batch for a couple months though, bc those pumps were awful for awhile 😬I haven't actually used it yet, but the smell is AMAZING and I'm super excited to try the scalp scrub!

So I don’t typically write reviews, but this product deserved one.We recently moved into a new house that has well water. We’re working on getting a filter on it, but in the meantime, the build up on my hair physically hurt my head. Moving my hair was awful!Even after just the first wash with the exfoliation, shampoo and conditioner I noticed a huge difference! I used the exfoliate the next time I showered but the 3rd time I just used the shampoo and conditioner.My hair no longer feels perpetually greasy and I can move it again without pain.10/10 would recommend!

I love the fact that they don't come in plastic bottles! They come in these like pouches that make me feel like I'm helping the environment! And it is super easy to get the product out no more slippery bottles falling and waking up the whole house! Not to mention how soft the scalp scrup makes my hair feel. 10/10

This product didn’t stand out to me in any way. It wasn’t better for moisture or softening. It hardly had a scent at all to it.

First off love the scent. It smell so good.Second, the scalp scrub. I find this part a little relaxing. And here comes my confusion. I soak my hair and push the scrub on. And like minutes my hair feels dried up, so I always add more what and my hair feels silky smooth. I also lose ALOT of my hair. Clumps. Which, I'm guessing it is normal. I've used the scrub twice now. And the second time I didn't loose as much hair. But the second time around, I still had the little beads in my hair. And, that is through the shampoo and the conditioner and the extra rinse. Sometimes they just become attached to you.Third, Shampoo and Conditioner is great. But it doesn't give me the silky finish that other product has. But, my hair feels sooo soft the next day!Would I buy it again once I'm out? Probably not.Would I buy it again another time? Possibly! I like waiting until I find one I really enjoy. Which for me in the green bottle of this companies.

This set of shampoo & conditioner left my hair feeling smooth, clean and silky. The scent is subtle and just enough. So glad I gave it a try!
