I wasn't sure if it'll be helpful to make my heels of the right size. But it does it job perfectly, my loose heels fit perfectly

It is very much soft and prevents rubbing of skin on the shoe. I have always had sensitive skin and whenever I wear closed shoes like bellies and loafers, I always get the back of my feet hurt. With this it is so much comfortable to wear closed shoes. The adhesion was not so strong, after two months one of the tapes started coming off. But I fixed it with feviquick and it is still working well. This is my second purchase. I am literally buying it for every closed shoe I own.

After attaching it felt as if nothing is there. My sandal was same as before. No use of it.
