.I am guessing they'll too thick to go through the print head as they're good quality thick bags.

Q: Are these bags strong enough to hold 2 jars of chutney, total weight approx 1.2Kg?

We have put 2 x 500 ml liquid hand soap in the bags. Found them quite strong but we might have got a good batch.
